Awesome video as always mate. Kicking back here on the NSW Mid North Coast watching your video as the temperature hits over 35 degrees outside with an absolute howling wind.
@@AndyTychon thanks for tuning in again Andy! Bloody sounds warm, I hope that howling wind is at least providing a little breeze. You might have left out the part where you have a beer in hand 😂🤣

Hey mate, is it just recent videos or all of them? I have a playlist that I am considering making public with my phonk songs, however these songs aren't on it. Send me a message on instagram and I can link you the songs from my last few videos 🙂
@@exiuorhcchrouixe53 hey mate, I just use the ride in as a warmup typically, I do stretch daily and sometimes in the morning but not a dedicated warm up 🤷♂️

@ in the early days of your video, no shirtless shots. Then semi recently they crept in, but pretty short. This one’s probably been the longest, and I’d wager if you get any leaner they’re gonna become a staple. Not having a dig at you or anything, it’s good to see you’re kicking ass 👍
@ haha it’s funny you say that, because earlier days I wasn’t very confident in my body… I’d put on a bit of weight to what I used to be so I’d avoid angles where you’d see the shirt off and go out of my way to put one on. However I’ve cleaned up my diet and been pretty strict and gotten a lot leaner/back in good shape. One of my next videos actually breaks down my diet, how I lost 6 kilos post crash etc. Didn’t think you were having a dig! Just was confused but makes sense if you are a long time viewer 😂😂 maybe I’ll keep it on from now on 😂😂
@ nah no stress man, you do you. Nothing better than waking up, looking in the mirror and knowing you’re the man. I’m happy to hear you’ve got your confidence back, and it’s a great thing that it showing. Good on ya mate, keep on killing it.
