Might be the type of bike I would buy John. You are building up a nice database of experience of the range of bikes available and the videos are a great resource for prospective buyers. Well done mate.
Thanks, it’s been really interesting
What a lovely bike!! Its another one I'd be afraid to leave outside a shop or a pub, or in my garage for that matter. It's one of the few bikes that will take my height so it's going on my dream list 😊.
A nice review John, keep em coming. 👋🇬🇧🇪🇺🇺🇦
It’s true that nice bikes attract bad people here in the UK and whilst the lock is a nice feature you’d still need a good chain to secure the bike outside a shop. But we shouldn’t live in fear of the scum.
@@GadgetJohn totally agree
Great vlog as usual John.
What a well packaged bike…I’ve had Cube and Specialized EMTB’s and they were nowhere as well packaged for transit.
The first vlog I saw of yours was for the Rode Videomic and I always enjoy your content whether tech on this one or Van related on other channel. Keep up the good work.
As always you are both in my thoughts and prayers…in particular, Mandy at present.
🙏🏻❤
Absolutely great looking bike, thanks for sharing mate, hope Mandy is settling down now
Thanks 👍🏻😎
gonna need a big bike rack for all these bikes John haha!
It’ll make sense soon 😂👍🏻
@@GadgetJohn lol a great cliff hanger that take care thanks for the review
Awesome review, would you recommend this over the Gin x bike?
The A7 Pro is by far the better bike
Great Review John 👏
Thanks 👍🏻
John how tall are you, I'm considering buying the A7 Pro and I'm 6'4", and can't seem to find any videos with tall riders.
Nice bike as you say for commuters or perhaps delivery drivers.
Absolutely, it’s such a smooth ride too
good vid on channel thanks lee
Glad you enjoyed it
1:30 If the motor carried on powering during a gear-change it would not be kind to the chain and rear-sprockets. My Bosch bike doesn't have that sensor system so I have to ease off briefly to get a nice non violent change.
Yes, that’s why I mentioned it in the video and to point out how it differs from rear hub motors.
@@GadgetJohn Yes but I was giving you the reason why it does so, which you didn't appear to know.
Ah, I fully understand how it works, I was just demonstrating it to viewers who might not want to understand how it works but care that it’s functioning correctly 👍🏻
@@GadgetJohn Hi John I'm trying hard not to nitpick but you did say "I guess the motor's not sort of spinning without any power on it so it works better" which I hope you'll agree doesn't convey the correct message about it unloading the chain to make the gear-change smoother.
Moving on as I said on the other review this is the best bike I've seen you review and if you ever get the chance to try a Bosch CX powered bike it would be interesting to hear your thoughts, also at this price point I'd opt for a Cube Editor Hybrid Pro FE 400X at just £100 more, granted it only has a 400w/h battery though. Thanks for all the videos and keep up the good work Stuart.
I like it !
Me too, I just can’t fold it up to fit it into my van 😞
@@GadgetJohn we don’t take any bikes in our camper van but did look at the mi-rider. However for rides out from home this does look like my cup ‘o’ tea👍
👍🚐🚐😎
