Thanks for making these videos. I ended up having emergency surgery actually 2 for gallbladder removal and gallstone removal and one of them was so big they couldn't do it in the first surgery so i had to have the stone removal the next day. And was in the hospital for 4 days so obviously I'm still recovering but I'm getting better again and watching your videos especially the one of the Domino's pizza car made me have some good laughs along with your older video of you driving that Chevy Malibu hybrid and it kept breaking down and overheating similar to the pizza car. Good laughs indeed this is helping my mental health and I'm getting back on track again. So I'm here to say your videos do help a bit for me and probably many others. Keep doing what your doing
These mid-drive bikes aren't desgned to be punchy off the line because they are intended to be pedaled. Most don't have throttles like this. Mid-drives are designed for a more natural feel, like you are a bionic human. With mid drive motors, your gear selection matters since that motor drives through the chain and gear cassette. Hub motors don't care what gear you're in. You can make this bike feel punchier if you start out in lower gears, no different than driving a manual transmission. You are putting a bit of extra strain on the motor by using throttle only from a standstill in the upper gears. You don't have to start out in 1st, but try 4th and you find the bike moves out a bit quicker.
Thanks for the video. Do you think this ebike is more comfortable at absorbing vibrations, in respect to a regular ebike with no rear suspension but with fat tires?
I like the look of this ebike. If it were a 750 watt? that would help. but a torque sensors kinda slow when a guys used to the cadence & a hub drive. oh well a mid drive likes to be shifted, still a bit slower, But yeah this himi is like an old comfy caddilac or monaco with rich Corinthian leather :) like my old goldwing it was slow n smooth & a great ride it was! I was young n foolish & rode it on a few trails [I was 6'5" n almost 300 # then. Im lighter & shorter today 6'4" 230# [contents settle] that display being built in like that is the stopper for me. :( it has shift sensors too [try them out, you will like that] still will be slower than my hub drives, Buut Id like to go mid drive to climb this last bit on my drive way. my Favoto ST [you reviewed it before :) ] goes up with a full charge & a running start. be kinda nice to ride an ebike up it [23% the last 30 feet] nice ebike review, fun to see you mix them in & break up things, just because.

25 kilograms = 55 pounds. Thats s pretty hefty rack for a bicycle.
Glad you're better and able to ride. 👍
Cool bike randy
Wow. I saw your pizza car videos last night and subscribed and here's this 20 minute ad of a video. Quickest unsub ever.

I think Himiway is lying about the 130nm. My trek has only 65nm and it’s fabulous.
