I do like this bike but live in a second floor flat with no elevator access, just stairs.
Which is why i have the DYU 3DF which i can carry easily up the stairs with one hand .
It has a 36v 10ah battery which i 'm changing to a 48v battery.
Don't worry, the original OEM controller can handle it .
Nice little bike for local trips, handle steep gradients well, and i weigh 12 and 1/2 stone .
I get around a 12 mile range using the throttle only and around 19 miles with pedal assist .
@@Popeyes66 I'm reviewing a DYU bike next 👍
I used your discount code from your DYU 3DF video and got an EXTRA £100 Off.
I paid £339.00 incl delivery.
Cheers Bacon Butties Number 1 Welsh Hill Climber 👍👍👍
Great ride you need to get a GPS bike computer they are great has a map so no getting lost can even plan route on PC at home before hand and will give you the elevation you have climbed I have the Bryton 750 it really is good. I like that route might try it myself.
@@GAZOD I will take a look at the Bryton 👍
@baconbuttties I can only imagine how painful that you might of been in on the old twig & berries with out the suspension seat post when you went over what appeared to be a concrete cattle grid i bet with the standard seat post you would of gotten vibrations in places you never knew you could get them 😂😢😅😊 as I wanna keep it pg & channel friendly with the comments 😊😂 great review keep up the great work on all videos going forward 😊
@@michaelross749 Thank you 👍👍
Great video & nice bike ❤
@@E-Ryder Thanks 👍👍
Id be tempted to try get some oil into the suspension pivots theu don't grease them in the factory

Any idea when the L20 2.0 will be available in Europe?
I'm not sure... Hopefully I will be testing one when it does
I think my 2 battery engine x would get up there and I'm fat😂. I quite like the idea of a torque sensor but I am rather lazy though so I know with a cadence sensor you just pedal for looks...😊
The Torque sensor is pretty good, but you can override it with the throttle and pretend to pedal 😁
@baconbuttties I'll be honest I rarely use the top level of assist when I'm riding. I just cruise along at about 15mph even though I've unlocked it and that's on pas2 and believe or not I get nearly 60 miles out of 23ah! and I weigh about 240lbs! I fitted engwes bmx bars and they are so much better. did 15 miles the other day in total comfort.

Very interesting video. I'm looking for a bike camera to fit on my Engwe engine pro, If you have one to sell...even with scratches 😁😁 please let me know?
I haven't got any cameras for sale at the moment
The view might be subjective according to wilderness quality map and wilderness continuum map of Europe.

Thinking of getting my first e-bike but don’t want to spend over £600 !! Any suggestions mate?
@@Lieutenant.daan.70 what's your requirements?
@@baconbuttties just going to a 4 mile commute to and from work really.
An eight mile commute to and from work, I just want something reliable as I’m selling the motor.
@@Lieutenant.daan.70 but do you want something powerful? Carry luggage? Step thru? Fat tyre bike? Hill climbing abilities? I need a bit more information 👍
@@baconbuttties yes, something with a bit of oomph & not a step thru & not fat tyres. Been looking at the m1 plus !! Any good?
Are you in North or South wales. Oh just seen, you are in South Wales lol. My mother in law was from Pembrokshire, a little village called St Ishmaels, about 10 miles from Haverford West. Make sure you dont get caught as its a totally illegal bike.
👍👍
are they doing stop and checks on bikes in the UK ?
@@Puretea4711 depends where you live
I've just started to show some interest in e-bikes great videos by the way, In this video, you say that this model doesn't have the re-gen feature, So this fella in the video link provided says that the ENGWE Engine PRO 2.0 does have this feature and demonstrates this function at about 3 minutes into the video can you confirm that they are the same bike?? From the descriptions of the video titles they are. ruclips.net/video/gw5BpzJ2ias/видео.html
The display and controls look completely different to mine. looks like he was riding the Engwe engine pro 1 not 2.0
@@baconbuttties So would I be right to say that this feature has not been carried over to the new version ?
@@malcolmfarley1958 it seems to be that way
