Muc-Off is cycling and motorcycling’s care and maintenance household name. The brand was founded in 1994 when Rex and Marylin Trimnell, owner of X-Lite at the time, needed a cleaner they could rely on to keep their bikes clean and corrosion-free. After designing and manufacturing the world’s first twin crown bicycle fork, Rex created a perfectly pink spray to clean his kit and it wasn’t long before word got out and Muc-Off was born. 25 years later and Muc-Off has developed its product range to include every bike cleaning solution imaginable alongside a huge range of tour-winning lubes, bike protectant sprays and a whole lot more. With some of the best athletes in the world crash-testing our products and providing valuable feedback to Muc-Off’s team of expert product developers, you can rest assured that your bike is in good hands. Thanks👍
Nice vidéo 👍🏼
When I apply it should I scrub with a cleaning brush or no
My mo94 did not come with the pink tube, is that only on newer bottles of mo94?
I don't really get it. it removes water?.. won't it stop chain lube from sticking?
Smells exactly like wd40. Exactly.
Do you use mo94 before or after bike protect
I use it after washing the bike, I don't lube the chain after and runs smoth
Just a simple question. Is it a lube or degreasing agent or both 🤔🤔🤔
I just spray my hole bike except the chain and the disc
Is the mo94 e Bike ready ?
hi gang! Just picked up some over the weekend. would you recommend using the MO94 on road bike pedals?
Definitely can. Are they noisy?
Hi thanks for the video. After cleaning my bike, can I add it after the wax later or before ? Or not at all
??
After using this, how long should I wait before applying the dry lube?
They did't answer .... very bad after sale customer support ! I had same question but I read (I don't remember where) place lube before MO 94
Lube after. Atleast in my opinion. The mo 94 helps push out all the grime and water in the links of the chain. Then you would dry the chain off with a clean towel. I use a cheaper micro fiber. Then apply the lube and wipe off with a separate micro fiber to jeep things extra clean.
@@guidovernocchi You'd certainly want to lube afterwards. MO-94 is just for getting the extra water out after cleaning your drivetrain and spraying it off with water. It does contain a little lube itself but I'd just dry off the chain and then put some fresh lube on.
ok after spraying the cassette and chain area can you still wax your chain?
Nope
Still not exactly sure what it does. Not a degreaser, not a lubricant. What is it for?
This is a protection spray, it can drive out water from the hard to reach areas such as in-between levers and is great to use on your chain after a wash to drive out the extra water particles before you lube it. // Muc-Off
@@mucoffltd but not the same from common household Water Displacement?
@@RubricoA. it's the same. But this supposedly won't hurt your bike though
@@MrMountain707 sounds good enough as long it does the job
Can i use it on the suspension also ?
I wouldn't recommend that. Look for something called fork boost.
Can you spray it on the shox?
Wouldn't recommend
Why do you need a disc brake cover ,
You don't want to get degreaser or oils on your disc break
Why put oil over the cassette? Why
Exactly. I think it just collects dust and dirt. Lubricant needs to be IN the chain and nowhere else in the drivetrain.
So, MO-94 or WD-40?
MO-94 is more so made for MTB. Contains a lube that WD-40 doesn't and is more environmentally friendly. I've also heard WD-40 can thin grease and cause parts to wear faster.
WD40...
Yes it's a similar use product but our is PTFE-free and readily biodegradable. It terms of the film coating it creates, our white light interferometer analysis shows that M094 is more consistent 🤓
So many questions (below)… and no answers??? You “shill” the product but offer no advice! What a load of bollox! Stuart Fillingham posted a video on how Muc Off products “eat away” at your metal and leaves horrible marks because of the insane salt content! I’d strongly recommend just treating this product like WD40! Thank you.
