RUclips doesn’t like installation videos and I have actually been forced to take several of them down in the past. This is not an installed video, it’s a video showing whether or not the trigger is worth it.
Taran Tactical trigger kit is a huge improvement I left the striker spring stock as it helped avoid light strikes for improved reliability and kept the trigger pull at about 4lbs. Great video with solid info, make sure you let us know how it performed when you shot it. Did you experience any light strikes or anything. Rick
This comment right here! I didn’t leave the the stock striker spring, and I would have at least one light primer strike per mag. Switched to stock striker spring and it was flawless.
The trigger return spring doesn’t make much of a difference in lightening the pull, it’s for the reset. If you want the pull to not be so light then you want to put the stock striker spring back on. That makes the biggest difference in pull weight. The only thing I don’t like about the light striker spring is you will get light primer strikes. Which sucks because you waste a bullet
My thoughts exactly... especially for an EDC gun... I have lighter striker springs in my G34's comp guns and they DO become too light at some point, causing light primer strikes, something you don't want for defense... the return spring doesn't do anything to the trigger feel/weight... 100% agree...
The only 2 things I do for a cleaner and slightly lighter trigger pull is a rounded safety plunger, lighter plunger spring and a polished connector.. done...

Unfortunately RUclips will no longer let us show modifications without risking the video being pulled down. That’s why I only included the time lapse. I put the factory trigger return spring in because the reset was just a bit soft with the full TTI kit. I left all of the other parts in place, and I think it’s fantastic. Also it’s completely safe. Thanks for watching!
you cannot go to a lower connector weight AND have less travel through the “wall” without modifying other elements- geometrically not possible That is how the connector is lighter is by increasing the distance and lowering the angle The weight is lower and the pull is longer…..like putting switchbacks in a mountain Easier but longer Cannot have both without additional mods - and that does not include springs
Great video..... I just went through the same thing with my 19x (I know im 2 - 5 years late) using the Glock store 2lb strike spring, reduced plunger spring, .25 cent trigger job and a Glock store 3.5 minus connector. entirely different firearm. I won't be EDC-ing it for obvious reasons. Great video Bro.... Just sub'd
Thanks for the video A buddy of mine has this kit he said it beats the 25. Cent trigger job he did both and said this is just a better fit in his opinion. Definitely let us k is how you like it.
So the most important part of the video you sped up if mo one but one has made a vidio sbout this kit how about you actuly go step-by-step no jist gloss over the build part and go directly to yea it feels lighter yea the the point of the kit sny ways we all lnow that part
Unfortunately RUclips won’t let us show gun modifications, so there’s no way I could’ve showed the installation. Point of the video was just to show how big of a difference it made or not. Thanks for watching.
Lol that a bad review your left wondering well what would you keep in i got to say though i only use the safty plunger rudused spring the conector was trash and if you want a bad trigger but lighter get it but if you want a great trigger than get a shoe keep the dot conector in and get the reduced spring from ndz and save your money till you can get a johny glock combat trigger and if your in competition well timney just shits all over this spring kit .its to bad you tubers dont test the prouducts to form a opinion so most come across as scattered brained and they dont make a lot of sence with this one he recommends and than dosnt ? He says that the tti conector is just like the dot gen 5 conector lol nope the tti is way more of a rolling stutter break while the dot is a wall and break .
It's great how you fast forward the part I'm trying to watch

The only internal parts I normally change is the connector, I am going to try a different guide rod at some point.
Taran is good they even give you the adapter
What kind of trigger pull would you get if you just use the connector and nothing else
Nice video is there a complete video show the whole swap?
Thanks! Unfortunately RUclips does not allow videos like that anymore, so this time lapse is as much as I could get away with
Did you buy the comp kit or carry?
The connector and striker spring has the most effect on trigger pull feel and weight
I’ll be looking for the 25 cent trigger job video!
Thanks for the sub!
Is this the competition spring?
How do I get less travel?
The return spring on the taran is better it gives it a stronger return! I use that with the apex trigger and connector and its butter
Thanks for that info I’m looking to do the same
Did you get the competition kit or the carry kit? I just ordered the carry kit, hopefully it’s good! Never changed a trigger on my carry gun before
What’s the point? Why go so fast. You have a better camera then all the other videos out there that put this kit on and I can’t see to do it myself 😝🤣

@ got it. Forgot about YT👀
If you leave the original firing pin spring will it still reduce
Yes, most definitely.
Did you do a video on the how of changing this out? Is your reason for now doing the whole kit safety based? Considering this kit myself...

Pretty sure you got the competition one!
Any reliability issues with this at all?
Nice video man. Did you put a lighter # recoil spring? I’m thinking of getting this for my g34 with a #15 recoil spring.
Thanks! I have not changed the recoil spring at all. I’m definitely interested to try that. Thanks for watching
I just brought two , for my Glock 19x and 45

Nice video! New subscriber. I’ve been thinking about a Ghost connector for my Gen 4 G21
Great video. Thank you
Thanks for the video. Just picked up a g17g5mos and have been thinking about this set vs connector.
Hope it helps you decide! Thanks for watching!
Wait a minute….I watch you on a totally different RUclips channel that has nothing to do with guns 😂 soooo intersting. Great minds think aloke
Excellent video, very useful to the point info. Thx!
Dope.
Thanks for watching
