Caught some really nice bass!.. I feel you on the boat and kayak.. I grew up fishing the shore with my dad, he had a jon boat we used sometimes but we both refused to get a fish finder...not knocking the guys that use them and livescopes but for me personally alot of the fun is just finding fish on your own..feels better that way haha 👊👍
U hit quite a few spots. Some nice bass. I like boat and kayak fishing but just not easy to get one where I live and fish. But I'll watch videos of kayak fishing.
@Aqua_Holic_Fishing maybe but I haven't been asked to leave or anything as a matter of fact everyone just waves and is pretty nice, I went there this morning and only caught a couple but I think I was just there at the wrong time, I have had my best luck catching fish from 5pm till dark
@@cronoce1 Great stuff man, glad you're getting on them. Are you catching bass and catfish out there? That river holds some really nice fish! Have a great one.....
So far it's been one of the better places I have found here in san antonio. I'm not from here and don't know all the spots to go fishing and most of the places I have went to that's open to the public seems fished out or I just suck lol
San Antonio is COVERED in BASS fishing opportunities. MANY will take some EFFORT, RESEARCH and SCRATCHES along the way. Get OUTDOORS, LIFE is better OUTDOORS!
Depending on my setup and what I'm fishing for predominately. Almost always with bass, I prefer braid. I like 10-15 pound hi visibility line, as I'm a line watcher. I use a flurocarbon leader when I'm fishing subsurface. I love the benefits of flourocarbon, although many don't, something I simply prefer. Thanks for hanging out, stay blessed!
Cassin lake behind the T.J max insane how many big bass are in that lake no pressure every time I go I'm always the only one back there crystal clear water very deep the only thing is you have to get in in a kayak it's worth it you'll hit some amazing spots
SAWEET! I was always told that was a sewage dump and not legal to fish at. Guess I will have to scope it out better. Where are you gaining access, Taos back there?
@Aqua_Holic_Fishing so the sewage dump is actually Mitchell lake it's not a sewage dump anymore but it is fenced off cassin lake has a green belt access path to walk to tons of bass
I hear you completely! Every single time I look around, I see more of the wet stuff. When I see the wet stuff, I know my bass friends are having a party. Thanks for hanging out man, I appreciate you!
@@edhiedwardmusic820 thanks man, I appreciate you hanging out! I was going to head back out there, but I heard it’s getting packed with people and they’re running folks off…. Have a splendid Sunday!

I found a nice spot south in San Antonio on the Medina river at Alamo river rv resort & campground, beautiful place and tons of fish
I heard thats a sweet place to wet a line!
Any truth to, you have to stay in order to fish?
Have a blessed day and stay hydrated!
