I made one--thank you. After this video, I watched another one about sorting scraps. You also mentioned it being a good project for national scrapbooking day. I want to thank you for the encouragement. I sorted my scraps, and now I am making cards. I couldn't find that video again to comment there, so I thought I'd comment here.
Terrific!!! I've been collecting paper pads this past year or so and NOW You've provided a terrific way to contain and organize all my hoarded stuff. Thanks, so much!
Excellent! I have mine in plastic bags so I can keep the scraps with the paper pack , and mountains of cardstock and also papers I don't really like. LOVE this idea MUCH better. I'm going to modify it to put my individual embellisments ( rhinestones & gems) in to! Thank you from down under - Heather, Brisbane Australia...
This idea is so perfect! I just bought a bunch of new echo park pads and ephemera and now I will make 1 of these for each pad so when I'm done crafting, I can neatly tuck it away until next time. It will be so much cuter than my Ziploc bags all over the place and more eco friendly, if it tears I can just recycle it. Thanks May May!
OMG!!! I am just getting started on this journey of junk journaling, and I just got a huge shipment with a bunch of 6 x 6 packs in it. This video made my organization so easy, and the fact that I can do it from the get-go makes it even sweeter. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!
I absolutely LOVE this!!! And when I put them on my bookshelf, I can label the side spine and know exactly what is there!!! You are amazing, MayMay!! Thank you!
MayMay, you are a rock star! I just made holders for my 6 x 6 and 8 x 8 paper pads. Did them in assembly line fashion and it was fast and easy, plus I used some cardstock that had lingered too long. Brilliant!! Thank you.
I love this and WILL be making these. This is an ingenious idea and only Maymay could come up with it. Thank you so much! Just one of so very many reasons I watch and have watched you for years.
Maymay, I love this idea!!! Thank you!! I use a cellophane bag to keep my small scraps with my paper pad, so this great. It will fit in the back. 😊 Edited to add: Love the music Maymay…shake it on down, the scraps I mean. Lol
I absolutely need to do this! I have some 6x6 that fall apart when you pull a page out. This is perfect for that along with the scraps! Thanks for all your great ideas!
OMG Maymay WOW Girl you sure did put your Craftabulous skills to work and created one Mighty Fine Storage case for your 6 x 6 and 6 x 8 Papers pads and this is what I call Ingenious because truly I know I wouldn't have come up with your idea...and girl it was Mucho Fun to watch you in craftabulous action and see your recreativeness come to life!! Thanks for sharing and gifting us another Super Incredible Maymay Creative idea!! YOU SO ROCK!! Joan Smith
Hello! I sat with my mom yesterday (she's 82! And loves you!) and we made these for hours. I love these! So much nicer to store your paper pads. Thank you so much. Love ya and have a blessed day!
I just made 6 of these boxes, all black and they do the job. Thank you!. GREAT NEWS!!!!! When I was going through the scraps of a 6x6 pack to add to the box, I found the recipe for edible chocolate chip cookie dough I thought I'd lost forever. Thank you extra for that!😊
Fabulous I have so many small packs they would so nice and tidy and lately been getting 6/8 pads so will definitely be making these in a colour to match my craft room thank you for this idea cheers from Coonabarabran Australia
Love this idea… I’ve been keeping mine upside down, but this is SO much better. Thanks for making space for those ephemera packs as well 😊Thank you for all the great tips along the way!
Just a thought... Could you start with a department store "blanket" sized gift box? I have "robe" boxes that are just over 17" x 11" so would be just a bit too small (even allowing for the side flaps to create the folded areas.) 🤷🏼♀️
I got some 13 x 13 zip lock bags and put my paper packs, scraps, and ephemera in them so all coordinating things stay together. They also make good project kits.
Love this! I was gifted a pad of 12x12 cardstock from a former teacher. It's not quite the quality I like to use for my card making but will be excellent for making the 6x6 paper pads. Thank you so much for this tutorial
Now that I'm going to be making quilt cards, using my new fave Paige Evans packs, and my new fave Quilt Builder Card Deck (yes, I bought all three!), I'm gonna need some of these storage pockets. I also have some of Paige Evans' digital packs, so these will be perfect for those as well! Thank you!
I am a couple of days late seeing this. This is absolutely the best thing you have come up with ever, bar none!!!!! And you have come up with some fantastic ideas and projects over the years. Thank you, thank you for this most useful idea! 😁
Love it!

Great way to use beautiful 12 x 12 sheets too. ❤❤❤
I think it would be a great idea to maybe put the cover of the pad on the back of the folder so you can quickly see the contents……GENIUS 💡
This idea is absolutely brilliant... also love the music you used here, very 60s hipster.
Fantastic! I can’t thank-you enough…what a brilliant idea and we can use up the card stock we don’t like…lol. Thanks!
