The idea to use a hole punch to create a postage stamp edge is brilliant! I actually have several scissors that cut specialized edges, and one is the stamp edge. I love making faux postage, whether based on real stamps or fantasy ones like yours. I truly enjoy the wonderful ideas you share!
After years of cardmaking, I have to agree with you: we do not need THAT much. We do not need every layering stamp of every flower known to humans, nor do we need coordinating dies for them - what's wrong with fussy cutting? if you watch 6 years old videos of our famous designers, they all did that because coordinating dies were not invented then. No need to buy hundreds of paper pads as well, especially colored cardstock, when you can make any color of paper just with a gell press and a few ink pads. But that all comes with experience, and here we are. You did a wonderful job, Natasha, great video, interesting and inspiring. I already took a picture of three of your made cards for future reference.
Natasha, I love this paper pad with the florals , frames , and stringed instruments ! I would need two pads as I would find it very hard to cut the back side without a back up ! Sounds crazy, but I know how I am 🥰
I love all of them. Yes there is much more you could do to them, but theses are fun, simple starting points, and so cute to send off as they are if needed. I'm glad you said MOST crafters have a die machine, but this one does not, nor has ever wanted to spend the money for one. But as you have shown here... you really don't need everything. Thank you. You have a wonderful channel.
Natasha hello I'm back from Twizel no fish caught, the weather was Devine This video shows why you are so popular worldwide in your comment about not needing all the machines for crafting, you prove and show once again using a few supplies one can create beautiful cards, thank you, have a super weekend. ❤
That postage stamp cutting idea is 1 ring dinger. I am so glad that I do not have to buy another product, thanks to you. I already have what I need.👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽
I love this series you are doing. The cards are beautiful. I would have a hard time cutting some of the sheets where both sides are pretty. You are so creative!!
What cute simple cards! Definitely something to think about when I’m short on time. Such a gorgeous paper pad and the lace just added that extra little touch of class 😉 The first and last ones were my favourites but all looked great! It’s encouraging knowing we don’t always have to have the latest and greatest to make great cards. I recently offloaded some stamp sets as I had far too many. Now I’m not as overwhelmed when creating. Thanks so much Natasha 😊❤
Gorgeous cards! I love that there are just a few supplies yet they are so lovely! I loved how you showcased the beautiful paper! Thank you so much for sharing. Have a wonderful weekend 💖🦋
Natasha, you create cards that are beautiful and simple, elegant and use many things we crafters tend to collect for cards, sewing, scrapbooking ... So very practical. thank you.
I love seeing you use tools that I have in a way I have never used them before. It is always a light bulb moment for me. And lace!! Must get my laces out!! Great video and beautiful cards. Thanks, Natasha.
Natasha, all of these cards are in my wheel house. They are so beautifully done, the lace just belongs on them. I have always liked P13, but this set is just calling me by name. I love those card designs very much
I have to laugh Natasha, you're eventually going to make a cardmaker out of me! Lol I always think I know what I'm doing and then you post another video and I'm off on another tangent! Lol I bought the last designs you used from Stamperia and have actually created a card with it! I think it's one of the prettiest cards I've ever created! This design is gorgeous too but I'm going to MAKE myself use up the other before I get any more - sooooo many ideas, your videos just aren't long enough! Lol Thank you for all of the ideas and techniques, you truly are making a better cardmaker out of me! 💕❣️
Oooh the Roseland collection is gorgeous...I could keep going forever with that paper pad. I've got two full videos using it, perhaps 6-8 cards made in them, so hopefully that gives you a good spring board to creating more beautiful cards! ❤️ Enjoy xx Natasha
Interesting...I've been wanting to do some postage stamp embelishments lately. Cute cards. Lucky find with that lace. It's beautiful. It's interesting also, that lately I find my creativity is suffering the more card making stuff I acquire. I've decided to go back to my stash of stamps and older dies for a while. When I started making cards several years back, because of a super garage sale, I decided to photograph all my cards. Wouldn't you know, I didn't take pictures of any of them. I did some wonderfully creative stuff, too. Oh well. I find inspiration in your creativity for the old ways!
I got some slimline cards on clearance. I don't have the paper pad, but I have small postage dies. Thanks so much for the inspiration. There is in fact, "always another way." 😉
Hi from England....absolutely love your card making ideas. ❤

Fabulous as always! I laughed when you said don't look at the back, don't look at the back. That's my thing about double sided paper. 😱
Pretty, pretty, pretty and pretty!! Beautiful cards and lots of ideas. Thanks.
