    wow! It's great that every year all of the main international shapers work out a new way to make us all surf so much better :/

      They can’t make you better with boards, you need to get better, they not making it for you so maybe learn how to do a turn before ordering?

    a seriously good clip, after 3 decades+ of surfing I've recently found 2 fin mojo, I bought 1 of these & its phenomenal!!! You really don't have to nurse it & it goes in nearly any conditions (no channel bottom board likes texture on the face tho).

    the board/his style looks like he's nursing a thruster more than he's surfing a twin

      Well I mean it’s still basically a thruster. Took the center fin out and added channels to counter the stability. Also added the winged pin I think to make it turn faster

      @@nickanders5767 I still liked the video but his surfing was obviously held back countless people would have sat on that rail and really dug into into it and just because he’s afraid to do so doesn’t mean it’s style there are so many other surfers who really show that and this edit is not one of them

    $1200 for the board. These shapers are taking people for a ride and we’re letting them. It’s insane.

    Yes the board goes insane down the line and turns rail to rail super bliss but if you have a heavy bottom turn you'll crack the fin box and channel on your toe side 100%. I have two and i love them

    A twinny you don't have to nurse is called a thruster. Simon Anderson invented it 42 years ago. But, by all means, buy another board that does exactly what your standard shorty does.

    • @bobh1208
      @bobh1208 2 года назад +1

      That's hilarious... considering that this twin surfs exactly like a thruster, in that it looks like he's easing his way into turns and then accentuating the second half. A thruster happens to be a board that you can't help but nurse into a turn, since it initiates turns by first transferring one's weight on to the tail, instead of first transferring one's weight on to the RAIL of the tail. And, there are no twins that have to be nursed... just surfers who can't get them on edge. Because a twin fin will NEVER slide out when on edge... but, WILL slide out every time, if you lean without getting the board on edge.

    Maybe you don't 'nurse' it to surfing health, but you still can't pivot it off the bottom or on the face like the good Dr Thruster Cure.
