I knew he was the right choice, when the campaign ads attacking him brought up not being a career politician and a business man as downsides. And his opponents ads were either "stay the course" or "vote for me because I'm a woman and a single mother". No thanks.

Ken was elected with 18% of voters, hardly a resounding success. Don't worry though, he'll make sure the developers continue what Vision/NPA started and ensure that the Whistler-fircation of Vancouver continues........
Ironic how the left hates him, and yet he’s a part of the woke crowd as well. I wanted him to purely win, just because of him being the lesser of two evils. Hardly someone I’d consider “ideal”. It is funny seeing the left eat there own though

Well he's certainly getting him name out there with all this media attention. Let's see if it continues, unlike the previous and most prior mayors who disappear after getting elected. During the pandemic the last dude never gave a single press conference on that issue.
ken Sim said clearly loud and clear before and now as we heard here..he will make mistake along the way, and he said he will hold him and his team accountable for any thing he might not do well as he promise...but hey..we seems to have a real person today NOT a money grabbing machine and no show anywhere to be found only with his smile face in the reelect time...you are right and we are all not stupid...Kennedy Steward spent ten of thousand dollars for his office furniture of his own enjoyment. I hope we will not see Kennedy in Provincial election...as how dirty polictic goes...he will with all the connection. Is who you know rather than what you know....sad
