Just a tip, when putting labels on a non flat surface like the jars, bend the label slightly and touch the middle to the jar and flatten from middle to sides..

For your liquid soap use a water jug that sits on counter. Dollar store usually has them or thrift store.

I'm shocked you said "I'm gonna show you how unorganized it looked before" girl it was fine before!!! 😆
To me it was really disorganized, the baskets were filled with random things, no order..The baskets made it "look nice" if that makes sense.
I did the same thing. I was like "If this is the 'before', I can't wait to see the 'after'!" This is the first laundry room makeover that I've seen, that actually makes sense to me, and makes me feel inspired! I am purchasing a lot of the items TODAY! 😄
It's amazing what organization bins and bottles can do to a space. I would probably be too lazy to buy a clear bottle like that for my stain remover but I love how it makes the space feel less cluttered!
I’ve been trying to come up with ways to make my exposed washer/dryer area in my apartment look nice for a while.
I love the idea of spray painting the large laundry soap container instead of buying like a drink dispenser which doesn’t function properly

If you have to do any sanding in the future, you can get that block wet before you sand and it will keep the dust from flying everywhere 🙂

Cute. There are many ways to cover up the water hook ups to the washer to give professional look. I would have brought the 1st shelf down lower to hookup to help conceal it also. The labels are nice. I have full size stackables, and only a sliver of space 15"? On the side for supplies, Im looking for 4th configuration?!😢 That may work

So pretty! I love the look of natural wood too and new shelves completely changed the feel of that space. And those labels are so nice, they really tie everything together. The transformation is amazing! Do you remember about how much you spent on everything?
A little under $200! 🙂I went with a higher quality piece of wood for the longevity of it, but if I went with something standard it would have been below 150$. I had all the paint from previous projects too. I am glad you liked it! Thank you so much for watching! 💙

I have an actual laundry room (no windows though) and, it doesn’t look half as good as this. Embarrassingly enough, I’ve lived here for 20 years. I may need to step up my game since I planning on selling my house. I do need to paint the walls which I think is just the dry wall. So I’m capable of doing that, at least. I just need to add the jars and labels and I’ll be set. Thanks for the tips and keep up the good work.

Where is the plastic liquid detergent container you sprayed white. I like that idea. I was hoping you will incorporate to your laundry room organization.
Looking at your big container of laundry detergent like most of us have, a tip: Most people just use it as-is. BUT. If you poke a tiny little hole in the jug, it allows air in, and the liquid comes out much faster. Removing the screw lid each time can be a pain in the neck. I use an ice pick tip, or a small nail--or anything that will put a tiny litlte hole in an area of the jug where when you pour it by using the rubber pusher-thingie it will not spill. Sometimes, using a hot nail or solder gun to put a little hole in the LID is the best way. It really works and saves time and irritation. Thank you for the video. Lots of good ideas.
Thanks a ton dear...I have copied your idea mostly...and it helped me to look my little laundry space beautiful...one thing I just added made a small hook beside the dryer...where I hang my foldable laundry bag and a stackable bucket...yes sometime I use the basket to soak the stained clothes...and one more thing I keep laundry pouch bag(use during washing) in tray for soft and delicate clothes
Putting a picture frame around the hot and cold outtakes makes it cute and adds a little finished touch. :) great job.

Omg holding something under while u were sanding was genius I would have never thought to do that 🤦♀️ my dummy self would have been bent over that washer w a vacuum getting all the dust up 🤣🤣
Inspired…🤗🤗 only thing I would add is one of those narrow free standing shelves that people are putting behind their sofas…just do it at the height above your waterlines ( maybe put a draping faux plant on it to hide the water lines ?🤔
You are missing the trim that goes around the water spout area. It will make the area nicer. But you did an excellent job. I placed wall hangers that expand out when drying my clothes; then they close so they will not be sticking out all the time. I would also place labels on the detergent and oxy jars.
