It's obviously that his answer sounded too scripted but the idea of his videos are to get inspiration, give it your own twist because at the end of the day every company and job position will require a different answer from you. I personally think he's doing a great job sharing his knowledge with the world.

I agree is was too scripted and this will probably not advance you. However, I like the idea of what to present.
