you buy the solution separately you gotta go to ur local store and buy the eye contact solution and once you get the solution before you put them on let them soak in the eye contact solution for 6 - 8 hours and if u dont feel like waiting that long wait for 4 hours before putting them on i recommend you buying bio true contact solution
