    Ten years ago, Steve Riley, Deputy Chief, Space Vehicle Mockup Facility at NASA, rallied LGBTQ+ employees and allies at the Johnson Space Center around a simple message - that it gets better.
    Now, in celebration of the It Gets Better Project's 10th anniversary, we sat down with Riley to reflect on the incredible strides that have been made in the last ten years and what is left to come.
