Thank you for the keto recipes. I've watched you for years and have been on keto for almost 5 years. I have lost 115 pounds, gotten rid of gout, lowered my blood pressure to 115, my A1C to 4.9 and have no joint pain. All of my lab test are now good. I was preparing to get a cane to walk. I am 76 years old and walk 4 to 6 miles most days. You all bless me so much.
I had a checkup yesterday and the doctor was going through my blood work with me and highlighted my "really great, low triglycerides." She said I must be eating well and staying away from fats. Well actually....I told her that I think that fat is very important in our diet and I eat a lot of it. She backpeddled and said I must eat healthy fats. I told her I eat a lot of red meat and avoid vegetable oils. So yes, very healthy fats. Just not the ones recognized by most mainstream medicine.
Also, thank you so much for the keto recipes. I sometimes get discouraged finding ways to use all of the things I grow in my garden because many tend to be higher carb than I prefer for my diet. I'm not currently eating keto, but plan to return to the lifestyle once I'm done having babies and nursing - the associated higher calorie requirements come with heavy carb cravings! Haha

We were married young, and married one month shy of 53 years. He got sick and was gone within a week. We thought we had at least another 10 healthy years together. But, we were so blessed to have as long as we did. Take care of each other.

Yes, me three, lol! The pizza looks amazing, btw! I usually make my crust with ground or canned chicken, parmesan & sometimes egg or a flax egg, but a crispy, cheesy crust sounds heavenly! But Sarah, please can you share where you get your sausage seasoning? Do you make it yourself? I would LOVE that recipe, if you do. I get a grass-fed pork sausage from the market that's amazing too, but it would be great to bring those flavors over into other meats. Feeling lazy and wanting pizza after seeing the title of this video, so--decided on a mini pizza for myself. Had a keto tortilla in the fridge, slathered it with some garlic tomato sauce, topped it with onion,, about half an Italian sausage, some mozzarella and Parmesan. Voila, pizza for one. All items already opened and waiting to be use/eaten. Generally used one of those wire pizza pans but decided to use my cast iron pan instead. Preheated it in the oven while I assembled the pizza. Turned out the best keto pizza I ever made. The cast iron really made the difference. Thanks for that suggestion.
Definitely going to try this one. Started my hubby on Keto last year when his dr said he was pre diabetic. From Keto lifestyle he lost 50 pounds, all his blood work was perfect. All i know is I've been watching you guys for years and you have never looked better. Keto is a real Godsend. I first started it in 2018 and it has changed my life.
I have been on and off “Keto” since 1994. (I called it the meat diet back then.) I make pizza with tortillas. It’s like the best crispy thin crust pizza ever and usually it’s personal size so I can eat the whole thing! 😊
Have you tried the chicken crust for pizza? It is SO good. 1 can chicken breast well drained, Italian seasoning, 1 egg, parmesan cheese, and a little mozzarella cheese. Mix well. I divide this into 4 parts, put on a parchment paper lined cookie sheet and press it as flat as you can. Bake on 475 for 10 minutes. Remove and top with your choice of toppings. I use organic no added sugar pizza sauce that is “clean”, about a tablespoon on each one. I eat primarily carnivore, but will add in a little ketovore at times. This is extremely low carb as I try and stay below 10 carbs. So good.
I found and was planning on doing the chicken crust too. It sounds really good and is mostly carnivore. If you use Alfredo instead of regular pizza sauce it could be all carnivore. I tried and hated the cauliflower crust before - yuck. It tasted like eggs to me. Eggs topped with pizza sauce - Lol 😅
I eat carnivore too and can say that the chicken crust is really pretty good. We raise rabbits so I do plan on switching rabbit for the chicken. Rabbit is a very sustainable high quality protein meat that small producers can raise.
We also make a variation of this chicken crust. We love it! We usually use ranch or alfredo for the sauce, but sometimes use a keto BBQ sauce. We also have used ground beef or venison with a traditional red sauce.

I've been keto for over 4 years and really feel the crust is just a carrier for the toppings which has all the flavor I'm enjoying, so eliminating the crust just intensifies the flavor!! Thank you both. When I saw your Keto results, I went to a thrift store and bought books to help. My thoughts was I need you to make recipes to help us learn easy recipes, but I did not ask because I was afraid I might be stepping on keto diet makers toes. I am so glad for help to make easy recipes. Doctors have not been a lot of help, my daughter has to be gluten free, and has many allergy’s, taking shots for 2 yrs. They have helped, but due to other health issues she continues to get high blood pressure, border line diabetic, obesity, and gout and getting more problems. We both needed to try something to help our constant downward spiral. We need to stop having to add to our meds. Thanks again!
Try Fried Pizza in a skillet. Place two handfuls of mozzarella flattened around, sprinkle some garlic powder and Italian seasoning, add a few dollops of marinara smeared over that, layer pepperoni then let the whole thing cook on medium low to medium for about 10 minutes until the bottom gets almost blackish brown. It won’t taste burnt at all it’s just that crispy fried cheese flavored crust. Then just slide the whole pizza onto a cutting board and wait a minute and slice it up !!! It’s great!! All the pizza toppings on top of a thin crust of cheese ! Totally satisfies that pizza craving

This one is truly good and easy to pick up - even tho mine got very thin last week. When Kevin said to make sure your pizza pan has a rim...he means it!!! I didn't catch it at first and got a large cast iron pizza pan, without a rim. Well...thankfully I lined the oven shelf below it with foil, but I still had quite a mess. It was still delicious!!

Pizza is one of the things I always crave being on a carnivore diet. I've been using a similar recipe for a few years now. It's just a giant chafffle. I usually add a little pork panko or almond flour to give it a more "bread-like" texture.

I've been keto for 10 yrs. 3 yrs low carb, 2 yrs Paleo and then on to keto. I'm now starting on ketovore which is carnivore with the occasional veg. I follow Dr. Ken Berry and have for yrs and am just now slowly working my way over. I love how easy meals are this way and I'm saving so much money. I don't have a homestead but I stock up on meats on sale, as much organic as possible and have reversed my pre-diabities, lost lots of weight, my hair is thicker, skin smoother, blood pressure normal and most of all I no longer have Crohns symptoms. Yay !! I'm so very thrilled that not only have you tried and stuck with keto but you are also now teaching the best way to eat there is. You truly are what you eat. I just made this. I have a 10 inch cast iron griddle so I cut the recipe in half. Added some Italian Seasoning to the "dough" and topped with sauce, onion, and uncured Pepperoni. It just came out of the oven and looks and smells amazing. Thanks for this recipe. Love y'all videos.

I made this for my son and cut the recipe in half and used my ceramic lined frying pan. I turned it into breadsticks instead of a pizza. When he used to eat pizza it was strictly a cheese pizza anyway. I added a small amount of garlic powder, onion powder, and Italian seasoning before I put it in the oven. I cooked it for 12 minutes and it was perfect. He absolutely loved it. I have been looking for recipes that would suit his pallet having to switch over to Keto. Thank you for your recipe for pizza "crust". We've been keto for almost 6 years and never heard of or tried this! We make crustless pizza in a bowl a lot of times, but this was better. It was nice to be able to pick the pizza up instead of eating with a fork. It was even good left over.

I have done this cheese egg crust recipe in past and it tastes great. I also did the chicken cheese egg crust version, also very good and the crust holds up really good too like real pizza. I had served the chicken crusted pizza to family and they had no clue it wasn't normal pizza crust lol.

Made this for dinner tonight. Yummy. I did not have the same cast iron so I made it in my cast iron skillet. I had to reduce to 3 eggs and a little over 2 cups cheese but it worked wonderfully! We decided to try this last Friday night and OH MY! We chose to use our 10" iron skillet as our pizza pan. This turned out amazing! Those little cheese waffles reinvigorated keto for me because after so many years on keto, I was getting bored: they're close enough to bread to hit a craving for a sandwich etc. We've made mini pizzas on them, but haven't done the large pizza with them yet. I have made this type of pizza SO many times...its awesome. I encourage EVERYBODY who needs to cut out carbs to make this...and to stick it out and stay with keto/ketovore...its makes such a difference in how you feel, in your blood work and I have found that 2 meals a day works for me and I do not eat nearly as much food as I used to...I eat and do not gain weight.
I’m happy that Keto is working for y’all. My wife and I tried it a few years back, but we had to get off of it after six months or so. We started feeling sluggish and generally just bad. You folks are a LIFE SAVER! I have been Gluten Free for almost 9 years now after almost dying from C DIff. I miss my pizza and cannot stand most GF pizza. I made your crust. Then I put some Alfredo sauce with minced garlic onto it and added mushrooms, spinach, and mozzarella. It was SO GOOD! It's almost lunchtime, and I cannot wait for some of the leftover pizza. Definitely interested in more keto recipes! I’m down 96 pounds in 18 months on keto mostly eating a plan that is delivers premade weekly, but inflation has greatly increased the cost of the plan, so I am in need of some easy, quick meals to make on my own! BTW, I am testimony that keto can reverse type 2 diabetes, I am no longer insulin dependent with an A1C of 5.2. Also completely off 2 blood pressure meds and have reduced to 1/4 dose of another 2.

We just use ground sausage as our crust then toppings on the top. 1 lb. sausage flattened out in a 8"or 10" cast iron skillet, bake at 400 for 15 min. then take out at toppings and then add toppings, bake another 15 min. divide into 4 quarters.
I've been eating a Ketovoire type diet for 6 mo. It's been really good for me. I had gotten where I was allergic to many many foods. Some of those foods I can eat now but sadly one I still can't eat at all is Dairy. Your Kizza looks so wonderful. I hope someday that is in my future 😍

This is a great pizza. I love an extra crispy crust so I flip the crust over and bake more before topping it.
Definitely going to try this one. Started my hubby on Keto last year when his dr said he was pre diabetic. From Keto lifestyle he lost 50 pounds, all his blood work was perfect. Just from cooking for him, I lost 30 pounds. You are correct. You really do lose carb cravings. Thank you guys!!! Kizza looks yummy!!!

All i know is I've been watching you guys for years and you have never looked better. Keto is a real Godsend. I first started it in 2018 and it has changed my life.
I have been on and off “Keto” since 1994. (I called it the meat diet back then.)
I make pizza with tortillas. It’s like the best crispy thin crust pizza ever and usually it’s personal size so I can eat the whole thing! 😊
I use that same crust but make a breakfast pizza with scrambled eggs, crumbled sausage and bacon, topped with cheddar. Its awesome
Have you tried the chicken crust for pizza? It is SO good. 1 can chicken breast well drained, Italian seasoning, 1 egg, parmesan cheese, and a little mozzarella cheese. Mix well. I divide this into 4 parts, put on a parchment paper lined cookie sheet and press it as flat as you can. Bake on 475 for 10 minutes. Remove and top with your choice of toppings. I use organic no added sugar pizza sauce that is “clean”, about a tablespoon on each one. I eat primarily carnivore, but will add in a little ketovore at times. This is extremely low carb as I try and stay below 10 carbs. So good.
I found and was planning on doing the chicken crust too. It sounds really good and is mostly carnivore. If you use Alfredo instead of regular pizza sauce it could be all carnivore. I tried and hated the cauliflower crust before - yuck. It tasted like eggs to me. Eggs topped with pizza sauce - Lol 😅
I eat carnivore too and can say that the chicken crust is really pretty good. We raise rabbits so I do plan on switching rabbit for the chicken. Rabbit is a very sustainable high quality protein meat that small producers can raise.
Raos is very good spaghetti sauce to use as a soup base or kizza topping!

We also make a variation of this chicken crust. We love it! We usually use ranch or alfredo for the sauce, but sometimes use a keto BBQ sauce. We also have used ground beef or venison with a traditional red sauce.

I've been keto for over 4 years and really feel the crust is just a carrier for the toppings which has all the flavor I'm enjoying, so eliminating the crust just intensifies the flavor!! Thank you both. When I saw your Keto results, I went to a thrift store and bought books to help. My thoughts was I need you to make recipes to help us learn easy recipes, but I did not ask because I was afraid I might be stepping on keto diet makers toes. I am so glad for help to make easy recipes. Doctors have not been a lot of help, my daughter has to be gluten free, and has many allergy’s, taking shots for 2 yrs. They have helped, but due to other health issues she continues to get high blood pressure, border line diabetic, obesity, and gout and getting more problems. We both needed to try something to help our constant downward spiral. We need to stop having to add to our meds. Thanks again!

Try Fried Pizza in a skillet. Place two handfuls of mozzarella flattened around, sprinkle some garlic powder and Italian seasoning, add a few dollops of marinara smeared over that, layer pepperoni then let the whole thing cook on medium low to medium for about 10 minutes until the bottom gets almost blackish brown. It won’t taste burnt at all it’s just that crispy fried cheese flavored crust. Then just slide the whole pizza onto a cutting board and wait a minute and slice it up !!! It’s great!! All the pizza toppings on top of a thin crust of cheese ! Totally satisfies that pizza craving

Thanks so much for sharing this recipe! I started Keto living about 4 yrs ago and have experimented with many Keto crusts. This one is truly good and easy to pick up - even tho mine got very thin last week. When Kevin said to make sure your pizza pan has a rim...he means it!!! I didn't catch it at first and got a large cast iron pizza pan, without a rim. Well...thankfully I lined the oven shelf below it with foil, but I still had quite a mess. It was still delicious!!
The crust is exactly how I make Chaffles!! Glad to see it can be done on a larger scale. Will be trying this soon!!

Thanks for the keto kizza! We've been keto as long as younz, I took my husbands A1C from 6.5 to 5.0 so we'really lifers. Back to the kizza, I added 1 Tlbs. Of Basil & minced garlic to the crust. No sauce, just hot sauage, hot peppers, tomato, mushrooms, & cheese! Yummy! Can'take wait to try buffalo chicken, it' s endless possiblites! Thanks.
Pizza is one of the things I always crave being on a carnivore diet. I've been using a similar recipe for a few years now. It's just a giant chafffle. I usually add a little pork panko or almond flour to give it a more "bread-like" texture.
So excited you are cooking keto! I went keto 6 months ago. Was doing intermittent fasting only and lost 45 pounds,but got stuck. Keto took me the next 13 pounds. I lost all my medications for high blood pressure, allergies, slow heart rate, osteoarthritis, and feel great. Now it sounds like I have a new recipe to try too!

I've been keto for 10 yrs. 3 yrs low carb, 2 yrs Paleo and then on to keto. I'm now starting on ketovore which is carnivore with the occasional veg. I follow Dr. Ken Berry and have for yrs and am just now slowly working my way over. I love how easy meals are this way and I'm saving so much money. I don't have a homestead but I stock up on meats on sale, as much organic as possible and have reversed my pre-diabities, lost lots of weight, my hair is thicker, skin smoother, blood pressure normal and most of all I no longer have Crohns symptoms. Yay !! I'm so very thrilled that not only have you tried and stuck with keto but you are also now teaching the best way to eat there is. You truly are what you eat. If ever there was a way of eating that proves it, this is it. Lots of love to you both and happy holidays to you both and your gorgeous daughters and son-in-law.

I just made this. I have a 10 inch cast iron griddle so I cut the recipe in half. Added some Italian Seasoning to the "dough" and topped with sauce, onion, and uncured Pepperoni. It just came out of the oven and looks and smells amazing. Thanks for this recipe. Love y'all videos.

I made this for my son and cut the recipe in half and used my ceramic lined frying pan. I turned it into breadsticks instead of a pizza. When he used to eat pizza it was strictly a cheese pizza anyway. I added a small amount of garlic powder, onion powder, and Italian seasoning before I put it in the oven. I cooked it for 12 minutes and it was perfect. He absolutely loved it. I have been looking for recipes that would suit his pallet having to switch over to Keto. Thank you for your recipe for pizza "crust". We've been keto for almost 6 years and never heard of or tried this! We make crustless pizza in a bowl a lot of times, but this was better. It was nice to be able to pick the pizza up instead of eating with a fork. It was even good left over.

I have done this cheese egg crust recipe in past and it tastes great. I also did the chicken cheese egg crust version, also very good and the crust holds up really good too like real pizza. I had served the chicken crusted pizza to family and they had no clue it wasn't normal pizza crust lol.

Made this for dinner tonight. Yummy. I did not have the same cast iron so I made it in my cast iron skillet. I had to reduce to 3 eggs and a little over 2 cups cheese but it worked wonderfully! I'm trying to starve cancer of sugar, so I made this with garlic butter and cheese only , on top of the crust. It was awesome. I also added Italian seasoning in the crust mixture.😊

We tried the kizza and my family really liked it, it probably was the quickest and easiest pizza I’ve ever made.
We decided to try this last Friday night and OH MY! We chose to use our 10" iron skillet as our pizza pan. This turned out amazing! So easy and Kevin is not kidding ya'll. this tastes just like regular pizza and I would serve it to guests and I dont think they'd know! Plus you don't have that heavy feeling after eating it. Our family of 3 (2 guys one mama) even had leftovers...more than enough! Thanks!

It's like a pizza crust chaffle! Those little cheese waffles reinvigorated keto for me because after so many years on keto, I was getting bored: they're close enough to bread to hit a craving for a sandwich etc. We've made mini pizzas on them, but haven't done the large pizza with them yet. I have made this type of pizza SO many times...its awesome. I encourage EVERYBODY who needs to cut out carbs to make this...and to stick it out and stay with keto/ketovore...its makes such a difference in how you feel, in your blood work and I have found that 2 meals a day works for me and I do not eat nearly as much food as I used to...I eat and do not gain weight.

I’m happy that Keto is working for y’all. My wife and I tried it a few years back, but we had to get off of it after six months or so. We started feeling sluggish and generally just bad. Not sure why, but it just didn’t work for us.

I flatten chicken breast for my crust. I broil them on the pizza pan for about 5 minutes. Then I add my toppings.

You folks are a LIFE SAVER! I have been Gluten Free for almost 9 years now after almost dying from C DIff. I miss my pizza and cannot stand most GF pizza. I made your crust. Then I put some Alfredo sauce with minced garlic onto it and added mushrooms, spinach, and mozzarella. It was SO GOOD! It's almost lunchtime, and I cannot wait for some of the leftover pizza. Definitely interested in more keto recipes! I’m down 96 pounds in 18 months on keto mostly eating a plan that is delivers premade weekly, but inflation has greatly increased the cost of the plan, so I am in need of some easy, quick meals to make on my own! BTW, I am testimony that keto can reverse type 2 diabetes, I am no longer insulin dependent with an A1C of 5.2. Also completely off 2 blood pressure meds and have reduced to 1/4 dose of another 2.

We just use ground sausage as our crust then toppings on the top. 1 lb. sausage flattened out in a 8"or 10" cast iron skillet, bake at 400 for 15 min. then take out at toppings and then add toppings, bake another 15 min. divide into 4 quarters.
I've been eating a Ketovoire type diet for 6 mo. It's been really good for me. I had gotten where I was allergic to many many foods. Some of those foods I can eat now but sadly one I still can't eat at all is Dairy. Your Kizza looks so wonderful. I hope someday that is in my future 😍
Yeah, dairy is inflammatory for many people. I love the recipes of Ketogenic Woman because many don't have dairy
