UPDATE as requested - The manager wasn't upset at all I told her the pool ran over and wet the carpet that's it, I used a little bubble bath and I had to get the bubbles out after awhile, the manager said it's no problem I DONT have to pay for ANY DAMAGES they will be working on it immediately. I didn't ask for a refund or I didn't think to ask for any discounts, in general I loved the hotel in it self, NEXT time if something like this happens I will pursue some travel points or something because it's their problem not mines, must've been bad pipes, old roofing, something but Alexus Love tuned up and left 😂❤
