Another amazing cover but i have to say that i don’t agree with this new way of end the songs (i mean end without matt finish to play, its okay that he continues after the melodies end, but let him finish, don’t cut the video) and if he doesn’t finish because there was no finished writed please, just choose one chord and thats all. Well thats my little feedback of the only part that i didn’t like entirely, for the rest awesome as always

@@FirstToEleven This convinces me you could do justice to certain Nightwish songs. Please try "Nemo". I have heard them do it mid-tempo, acoustic - and there was a faster version done by Tim Akkerman on the Dutch TV show "Beste Zangers". I have faith you can do Floor Jansen and the boys justice. 🤘

@@SymbolicLogic24 It is, but Claudio uses more of a head voice/falsetto while she just uses her chest voice, so it sounds like it has a bit more bass in her tone :)

Incredible cover! Claudio does NOT have an easy voice to cover, and C&C isn't an easy band to cover. You just earned a new fan.
Man, the guitarist should be super proud of this. He played two different, dueling guitar parts through the ending and nailed them both.
Not trying to downplay his talents, because he's definitely a very good guitarist from everything I've seen him play, but the dueling solos in this song aren't terribly difficult for one person to do - it's more just an extended solo that is usually split between Claudio and Travis, and is pretty easy to do with just one guitar. Welcome Home has some of the easier guitar solos in Coheed's catalogue, all things considered.
I don't want to downplay his talents neither but the overproduction in this video is overkill.
I mean, I knew Matt was a Coheed & Cambria fan from his playlist(RBB is such a good tune), but I can't say I ever expected First to Eleven to cover a song by them! It's very out of the ordinary and a welcome surprise. Audra's layered voice on the chorus? The fucking solo? The goddamn BANGING drumming? Probably the best cover I've ever seen of this song, and I loved it!
If it's a welcome surprise, does that mean it's a surprise you'd... welcome home?

I really like how you're growing as a vocalist, it seems like you're letting go more in songs. It just seems like there's less of that trying to sing the notes perfectly, with perfect pitch, and more of that raw tone that makes it sounds a lot more convincing and refined. Love your band!
She absolutely nailed this song. I didn't have high hopes when I saw it was a Welcome Home cover. I figured it'd be inferior to the original. Naturally, I skipped about a minute into the video and headed for the X button to close the window - it's kind of a habit I do to give the video a tiny chance to get my attention before I close it.
I heard her voice for a split second as I closed the window, thought "wait a sec, that was good", re-opened the vid, and ya. It passed. She has an amazing voice. She is young Hailey Williams.
I just put down my headphones for a break, but then I saw "Welcome Home" - Coheed and Cambria (Cover by First to Eleven). Weeell, here we go again - Put headphones on -

EDIT!: I just love Coheed and Cambria so very much. The intertwining storyline between the albums. The latest album basically being a graphic novel in music form, it's just all so good. She always sounds and looks like shes going thru the motions rather than having a passion to sing the song and some of these covers, you have to commit because the original artist made them hits because you could feel the emotion in their voices.
