  • Breathing yourself to calmness is a follow up of yesterday's video where I speak more in depth of the importance and power of our breath and bring in a 2 step technique using the power of deep breathing to bring in calm and a feeling of well being. This meditation takes these 2 steps and brings you into yourself even deeper. It is a wonderful meditation if you are finding it hard to bring yourself into a calmer state when you are feeling stressed, anxious or overwhelmed. It can be done anytime and being only 10 minutes, you would have time to even do it over your lunch hour if you are at work. It will assist you greatly in releasing your stress and preventing any potential spinning so that you may get through your day with more ease.
