This was my experience as well. I was 12 when I got saved and went home from church to no support. It’s just very difficult when you’re a babe in Christ, you’re just a baby period and you’re living in chaos. Drugs, booze, violence and hated. I came to this conclusion I couldn’t do it, I just wasn’t good enough and I felt rejected by God. I didn’t know my enemy and I didn’t understand the Holy Spirit, that it was His job to transform me, all I needed to do was obey, that’s all. It took such a long time for me to understand, living a life of grief and heartache in wickedness Ooooh my Father in heaven thank you for saving me and teaching me and loving me and for your promise that you will never leave me or forsake me. Thank you, thank you, thank you, praise Jesus, praise Him, praise Him.
When I recieved the gift of the Holy Ghost it was a peace that came over me like I'd ever ever experienced. The peace that surpasses all understanding. Ms. Philips is right, we need fellowship with other believers.

I found California preaching in the beginning when it started. Cynthia is real and raw, diffenetly one of my favorite on you tube. I would highly recommend her to believers.
I had something similar happen at a Sunday Prayer Meeting Service at church with my boyfriend and his family in high school. The pastor’s sermon was meant for what I was dealing with at home. It was strange and calming, and I couldn’t speak for several minutes afterward. It was as though my brain was struggling to process what had happened. I knew God was with me and I would never be alone in any situation.

I had trauma in my childhood in my daycare situation and at 5 after a Vacation Bible School an elderly pastor talked to us expressing the Gospel on a child's level and I received Jesus Christ. I literally cried tears for three hours. All my trauma and pain, fear and shame were washed away. Everyone wondered if something was wrong with me. I'm 71, married 52 years now. I had 2 childhood pleas to God. I was told we didn't need miracles because we had the Bible but I told God I wanted miracles in my life. So my journey was to get to the place for a genuine Holy Spirit experience. It came at in my late 20s and I explain it this way. I knew God the Father and His Son Jesus Christ but I was unacquainted with the Holy Spirit but I now have a friendship and fellowship with Him. He is the third Person of the Godhead and is knowable not simply an unknowable force. He only speaks, teaches, exalts the Father and Son but is our Helper and Guide. Just wanted to express my experience because we all have unique ones in our walk with God.

Faith comes by hearing and hearing from the Word of God. The Holy Spirit convicts us of sin. Where is sin in this testimony? Where is Christ? I love this woman. I hope she knows the Biblical Jesus. Faith does not come by experiences or goosebumps.
I could sure use the California Healing group. I've been very sick for years and can't go to church.

I am concerned that you may have experienced a false conversion. When you say a prayer that you don't mean when you say it the Lord does not honor that. Satan can make you feel like you are saved and your experience seems to show this.
I watched your channel for several years but stopped because it became too self absorbed on your part. Your husband in my opinion is more authentic than you are. Also, you charging to be in a prayer group was the last straw for me. God is not for sale. Letting people donate to cover expenses is one thing but you apparently are trying to get rich on the back of your supposed faith. You would be better off offering prayer for free and downsizing you multimillion dollar house.

Hey RUclips channel is full of self absorbed rants and showing her take expensive vacations. Not a good look for a "Christian". Plus she attends a church where an Apostate pastor led who was accused of adultery.
Paul and David both tells us we need to examine ourselves to see if we are in the faith. I think she is not because of her actions. When you have a much money as she and her husband have you shouldn't charge too be in a prayer group. It's sacrilegious. She's giving true Christians a bad name.
