The title search revealed that I did get a roofing permit, but the permit is still open, I never had it inspected. The reason why is because I basically remodeled this whole house without any permits, siding, windows, plumbing, electrical. Because I planned on living here and never selling it but things have changed. Do you think when I call the roof inspector from the city out here that he is just gonna come and do the roof inspection. Or is he going to start asking questions and want to look at the work that been done to the house.I really messed up lesson learned. They can make me tear off everything and shut off my electric and even make me move out.
