  • Today we are testing the hard materials blade on the iq saw. I still believe a wet saw is best for this type of board. Well continue to experiment.

We usually use a continuous rim blade not a segmented blade we get a much better finish

Yo, I need your insight on something, I sold my house, cash buyer we close in a week. The title search revealed that I did get a roofing permit, but the permit is still open, I never had it inspected. The reason why is because I basically remodeled this whole house without any permits, siding, windows, plumbing, electrical. Because I planned on living here and never selling it but things have changed. Do you think when I call the roof inspector from the city out here that he is just gonna come and do the roof inspection. Or is he going to start asking questions and want to look at the work that been done to the house.I really messed up lesson learned. They can make me tear off everything and shut off my electric and even make me move out.
