I have one.This beast can easily climb upto 120 kmph with great ease and if you twist the throttle fully upto it's limit then I'm sure that it can cruise at 125+ kmph.I'm not sure that whether it can reach 140 kmph or not but believe me it can easily climb 120 kmph which is insanely fast for a moto scooter which generates almost 11 PS of power and 11.6Nm of torque.Trust me i'm totally impressed with the speed and agility of this little monster,that's what one would expect from an Aprilia branding which has 54 world titles under it's belt and also makes scarily fast motorcycles like the RSV4 and 1100 Factory.

The standard variant offers greater top speed while the race variant offers more acceleration.
I've been owning the SR150 race for over a year now and I've never regretted the decision of choosing it.😇
Is there any issue? What about the comfort?
@@Yodavsudev so far so good. The suspension is a lil bit on the stiffer side and as a result there are some vibrations on the handlebars whenever I go through an uneven surface/ road.
Mileage isn't that great ( 40-42 kmpl) but with the kind of performance it gives, I am very much satisfied :)
It's a perfect lil machine for day to day city rides and commuting although I wouldn't recommend it for long rides.

hello Dino's Vault! My aprillia scooter (sr 150 with abs) engine idle or not working when it is downhills. Use kick starter and electric stater are not working after this. What happened ? hope u r replying me soon
The Aprilia SR 150 is hands down the BEST in the country! There is an SR 850 available globally, but obviously that is a very exclusive scooter. The worlds most powerful. Yes Yamaha is soon going to come up with a 150 cc scooter and they also have a 500cc+ scooter globally.
The 10.3 BHP engine in the APRILIA SR 150 helps hit 60 kmph in around 6.8 seconds.
Highway mileage can top out at 40 kms per litre whereas the city MILEAGE is 36.5 kmpl.
I am a proud owner of a 2019 SR 150. The brakes, tyres and the HANDLING ARE WORLD CLASS.
Most normal 150cc and 125cc bikes can't keep up.
The ABS is superb, traction is maintained and you will avoid slips on mud and gravel.
Hands down, the best scooter in India by a long shot! Kudos Aprilia.
I have used Power 99, Speed 97 and 93. The higher RON makes maybe a 10% difference.
Overall, amazing throttle response. ZERO lag and the low-end torque is CRAZY.

I started to learn scooter today on Aprilia SR150, I skidded and was about to slip away from it. What must have went wrong?
I started the scooter with electric start button, while hold one of the brakes.
Then while holding one of the brakes, I started to throttle the accelerator handle bar on the right, and suddenly I lost control of stationary Aprilia, I was just started to move forward, but the scooter slipped through my hands.
I still cannot figure out what went wrong.

Hey guys, I purchased a new aprilia sr 160 bs6 carbon edition recently, and it's been 15 days now, clocked 100 kms, I have been riding it under 55kmph, but I just thought of seeing how fast could it clock, but I was shocked as its reaching 60 with ease but it's struggling to cross 65.... Is this normal with a new bike? Or is there something drastically wrong??. Also when I spin the front wheel on the centre stand freely, there is a slight scratchy sound from the disc, are these 2 issues normal? Please do reply as I'm getting paranoid. 😥

What is the difference between aprilla sr 150 and 150 race?
Well over all this scooter this great and also better looking as well . I wish sr125 also get an update in terms of features like digital speedo console ect.
When the vespa 150 was out i bought it. Then a month later i went fast n touched 100kmph mark. Well i used to ride an aprilia too but there's sheer joy n safety on a vespa. If they ever make a metal body aprilia i will surely buy it. But plastic and carbonfibre well at high speeds if crashed the two wheeler itself will be into many pieces 😂. And what about the person riding it well all i can say is he is home 😂

My SR 150 climbs easily up to 115 kmph, have done near to 120with some effort. Up to 100, no vibrations and almost stable. Does that mean Aprillia has toned down the beast?
The older version's speedometer wasnt very accurate.
