ERIC, I am very concerned on Friday. I sent a wire transfer for $104,383. This was for a two bedroom unit and the horizon which they say will be ready March 2026. They also had me sign a contract for a payment plan for 19 months of $4018 and change, my unit is a ground floor unit with a swimming pool. They threw in the storage unit and it comes with a garage. Total cost was 305 including the furniture package now I'm afraid that I'm gonna lose my money and be robbed. This has happened to me in the past I'm pretty scared. Do you think this project will ever come to fruition?

The Cost includes the furniture package and storage unit which was thrown in. It also comes with the garage. They said one space underground. I think it will be built, just not the timeline they say. 17 floors 19 months goes against mathematics to me. I think 2027 is better timeline but as I mentioned. Delivery later means value increase. I am really wanting to find out more about this underground area with parking and storage. Did you see or have renderings via email? Also, are they now saying they are building villas? Are they still on golf course. Originally they were going to allow other builders to build homes.

They are telling me phase one will be horizon and it will be ready first trimester of March 26, which now sounds like a line of bullshit.
The last part I will go over again. Mar 2026 is 19 months from now. Phase 1 is suppose to include minimum 3 towers - Maximum of 5. I don't know what they are doing any longer. All I know is wishful thinking on Mar 2026 or even Dec 2026 delivery. The part about sending over 30% down payment, I don't quite understand. Did you receive discount?
There are several things that seem weird. No initial amount to reserve unit of $1000-$5000 , where you review contract and have a lawyer review on your behalf and possibly alter it. Developer contracts favor them. After that review, negotiations, then you would of sent the remaining amount due.
You have now wired money with no contract, but apparently you have something showing a payment plan? Did you go there in person? How do you know you were talking with Larimar? You said you have nothing to show what they are selling or anything written?
@@StopStrugglingNow no absolutely I'm in contact with them. I done three-way calls with David. We do have the contract they just have not notarized it. I had to send an initial $2500 to buy their agreement and then they sent the proposed contract and then it will be notarized. I think it's on the up and up, but I agree with you. It's gonna take a while before this place is done no doubt about that.
