Steve that's were you are wrong. Freightliner cleans these parts all the time & the dd13/dd15 works perfectly. Don't tell the man he should get out of trucking bc he's just taken precaution which most o/o goes out of business not doing premaintenance on there trucks. He didn't say he had any codes that come on. I've been trucking & mechanic for over 30 years affiliated with just about all old and new engines and he can clean these ports the same way you clean the delta pressure sensor ports.
Per oem, do not clean the valve. Replace it. Bottom line. Fix the truck like the manufacturer says. It's for a reason. You may not agree with it but the engineers already measured and weighed cleaning or replacing. So replace it, do not clean it. If you cannot afford to replace it maybe think of getting out of trucking.
