Might need a small wall separating the bed from stove. Splashes travel well in kitchens. Excellent build

I saw a build where the potty was in the shower (on sliders) , and it would tuck away into a cubby (under sink) that was cut out of the shower wall ,
It would slide away whenever the shower was needed,
very clever .
Such a nice young man and a concise tour that wasn't boring and laborious! Fantastic build!!! Very impressed with your power set up! Love the fact that you made your shower "just" large enough to get in there, wash up and get out. It is beyond my why so many people think you have to have a great BIG shower. You're not in there to dance, just in there to quickly clean up and be finished!!! The whole interior looks like it was built by a professional builder. I would venture to say, however, that it is a much sturdier build than many commercially built RV's. Happy Travels! 😊

This is the most well thought out bus or van I've ever seen. He clearly did his research. I love the drawer in the dinette chair. A lot of people either miss out on utilizing space like that or they have it open on the top, which makes it more difficult to use and see inside. I love the track lighting and how bright everything looks, not to mention the polished, professional looking aesthetic.
Pretty awesome build, but it seems like a window on the front door would be super helpful for driving visibility!

You can add a magnetic pastic barrier between your bed and the stove to use when you are cooking. It can be removed when you finish.
Yeah, I don't understand having flames and/or oil that close to my bed. People who do that obviously haven't cooked much more than boiling water.
This may be the best bus build I've ever seen. This dude must be a neat freak. Everything so carefully thought out and specifically placed. The touch of a button for almost everything, excellent use of space and its basically spotless! I didnt see/hear a reference to a potty. Guess that's left to our imagination.
Thank you so much! I do like to be in a clean space but believe me, after a couple days of neglect, I can get overwhelmed with the mess that I let pile up. As for a toilet, I’ve added a composting toilet to the shower stall that sits there unless the shower is in use
I love how bus people r so creative and these busses r never duplicated. Their all individually designed and some r more beautiful than others. I learn a lot by watching them.

Your attention to detail is brilliant. I love the switches to ensure your propane and water are under less pressure while you're mobile. The fridge lock, secret laptop cubby, the shoe storage by the door, the generous bench top, the lighting and those very versatile window covers are amazing. I've never seen such wonderful details combined before. Very impressive!

I have a toilet that I keep in the shower. It’s a small composting unit that I can remove when I use the shower.
Stefann, I would suggest you put a meshed & welded wrap around your L.P. Tank & Spray Black to blend & not be noticed as this will bounce off any stones or anything else that can hit it when your driving down or up the roads. It's not costly to buy the material metal mesh & have welded all around it. I have been planning in detail & layout for a Big Box 24 or 28 Foot Cargo Bay Area Snapper Tool Box Truck for the past 4 years. I would be very interested in talking to you about it & your schedule. You must be an electrician...you know your stuff on batteries and wiring!..and WOW...just finishing up VERY impressed with your ideas on the kitchen...
Solid core front door, lights running the length, lights in the closet, buttons in counter top, drawers all the way to the floor, and magnetic washable two-layer curtains?? Wow! I've watched hundreds of conversion videos, but am still seeing new innovations every time! I love how organized everything is. And realistic too; everyone wants to talk about the cool stuff, but where does trash and dirty clothes go?? Nice to see everything including the dirty practical stuff! Very beautiful looking build as well, light and bright. 😎
Now I just wish I could find a bus for that cheap where I live; they're in such high demand that it's at least $15,000 used even for 150,000+ miles!!
A small cassette toilet in the shower and the build is perfect! I'm in Florida so A/C would be a must, but a small mini split or RV A/C would fulfill that need.

Hi from Australia and like to say congrats on a beautiful bus, I am an older women and very ocd about everything having to be perfect and you have out done any others I have seen, It is to me perfect, couple more plants and outstanding. Well done and be proud.💖🤩 and believe me I have seen thousands.
I would make the shower room slightly bigger so that you could put a removable cassette type toilet in the shower and be able to sit on it with the door closed. (great idea for the door!) It's a lot easier sitting down to wash your legs and feet, and the cassette part of the toilet can be emptied in any public restroom.

Smartly done; love the shower and how you brought the shower surround out into the kitchen. Just lots of smart ideas and I like the clean lines and I love the you put casings around the windows. Makes it look like a home and probably helps regulate temps

This is one of my top favourite designs of school bus conversion. Very simplistic but aesthetic at the same time. Every inch is utilized to the most of its potential. Great advice and throughout explanations. Keep up the excellent work!

I saw a great "slide out" composting toilet idea. The toilet slides from under the counter into the shower area so the bathroom stays a smaller area and you slide the toilet out of the shower area into a spot under the counter that is constructed to be just big enough to hold the toilet when you need to shower. You loose a bit of drawer space, but to have a shower & toilet in the build, SO worth it.

Oh my gosh I absolutely love this little home! I've done my own home in white, black and grey and I love how bright and clean it looks. It really opens up such a small space. The curtains in here are genius! Glad to see you have a potty now if for no other reason than the 12k comments about it LOL! Happy travels!

WHERE IS THE TOLIET?????
I now have a composting toilet that I store in the shower except for the few minutes I’m showering where I place the toilet on the floor of the bus.
This is a Fantastic build its Beautiful.
I just love all the details from the lighting to the little buttons that control propane shut off to the lock on the refrigerator and venting the hot water heater. You really though of everything. Only thing I would miss is a toilet, being a women its a little harder to live without a toilet lol... That being said I love this bus its fabulous.

Since filming, a toilet has been added! I have a composting toilet that sits in the shower most of the time but is removed when I need to shower. Girlfriend ready now! Haha

Beautiful work, one suggestion, maybe pit a divider like maybe a piece stainless steel between the stove top and the bed sheets specifically
Nice build. I learned some very useful diy projects that can be implemented for home use as well as vehicles. I love van lifers because you're full of great information and inspiration.

The best floor plan, good choice of appliances, best utilization of space, very sleek and neat interior design that I have seen so far. You basically have everything I would ask for in a skoolie except it is missing the potty. All in all I will give this a whooping 9 out of 10, with a potty it is a perfect 10!!!

A small composting toilet is really better than you think. I could manage that. You put sawdust/ or the like over your deposit. Close cover. Line it with plastic bag, tie it off in the am and dispose of it. Empty it less frequently as needed. I wouldn't like a cassette style, too much we work and mess. Composting works much better than you realize. I know using a plastic bag isn't for " green' people as it's not biodegradable but to each their own . Surprisingly odor is not a problem when done correctly. It's actually a bucket with a cover and a liner as you choose.

So no potty? Could have used ut under the seat if the table area. Nature head. You are sooooo limited and clean. I like it. It's really beautiful. Glad you did do a shower. Not many ppl do. And the low flow lines and lock buttons. Pure genius. No one else has done that.

Very nice and clean build, an anxiety free living space. Simple but detailed. Love it!
For anyone trying to budget, I think this one could be done for way less than $26k if you have time to source a lot of the materials used/secondhand/resale and have the space/tools at home already. May take longer to source things and you'll likely have to get things in random order, but could save thousands. I've seen similar but larger bus builds cost $5k (not including vehicle).
