I think its time to start looking into Prosecutors that fail to charge police and complaints sent to the States Bar . After all Prosecutors took an OATH . They are not upholding that OATH .
@FREEDOMNOW33 Exactly. I happen to be filing claims against my city and several of its officials. I'm also filing a Writ of Quo Warranto, which can be used for 3 things 1) challenging a public official's right to hold office 2) claiming that they overstepped their authority in some way and 3) making them aware of a crime, which they then ignore. Supposedly, unlike the "normal" state of affairs in law, where, "He who makes a claim, has the burden of proof," in a Quo Warranto, the burden of proof is on the official. I have some officials who alo don't want to comply with FOIA -like requests, I wish AFA good luck (and, myself, too, of course, lol)!

Take the money. Buy a piece of land and convert it to a park. Donate it back to the town with the stipulation that it must remain a park open to the people. That way, the town people get something for their tax dollars paid out to someone for a dumb reason and the town government doesn't get to collect taxes on the land anymore and they have to maintain it.
That would cost way more than the compensation josh will get, probably in the $180k if not more.
They did the same thing to Sacramento community watch here in Reno and convicted him of resisting an officer. Maybe we can all instruct the courts, that are violating our rights.

Josh, we'd really like to KNOW if the Town Clerk's office FOUND your original FOIA request they MASSIVELY DROPPED THE BALL ON months ago. And we're curious as to the ways HOW that could have happened, WHY it actually did happen and WHO is ultimately responsible FOR it happening, whether it was just one person or multiple persons. SOMEONE(s) didn't follow prescribed procedures, steps and responsibilities in PROTECTING your FOIA request and passing/forwarding it on and/or acting on it.

It would have been PRICELESS if one of the government worker bee public servants at the Ayer Town Hall had called popo thin blue line gang members in their Paul Blart Mall Cop costumes because Josh was video recording in the building! But maybe, just maybe, since Josh was telling everyone he was suing the town it sunk in just enough that they shouldn't be that ignorant, arrogant or snowflake at this particular time...or they just didn't think of doing it.
Lawsuits should be paid by the employees, that would make them turn their brains on.
I know exactly where you are there in Ayre. I spent almost 2 years at Fort Devens which is right outside the main gate to that beautiful little city.

I get some people don’t understand that we have a right to record and there is no expectation of privacy in public , but like we all learn to keep our hands to ourselves by the time we go to kindergarten, it’s crazy to me that people think “hey you can’t record me !” And then think they have a right to assault you , or try and push the direction of you camera away like they have control over your eyeballs
