- This is a follow-up to a traffic stop that I recorded last week. After the video went viral, Sargeant Gilmore of the Dunstable Police Department in Dunstable, Massachusetts tried filing a false privacy strike against me in an effort to thwart my First Amendment rights. That didn't work, and this is the epic follow-up!

He used 47 rounds and hit the guy 14 times. 6 would have been fatal by themselves.
Now he Carries 145 rounds just in case.
I carry 3 mags myself and I’m not likely to come into contact daily with someone that wants to hurt me.

Reverse the situation - civilian rest their hand on a gun when approaching a cop.
Josh seems to have turned the tables on cops. Instead of us giving full respect to them, he turned it around so they are forced to respect us, which is how it should be. Once police understand who their boss is, the sooner we can get back to freedom

These things, take time and finding a lawyer to help represent you against the police is not easy then you gotta win the case then you got to find a civil lawyer that’s willing to go up against the police.
See if you can find out from youtube the date and time stamp of the privacy claim. If he did that on the clock, that would make the department and town liable.

Since Sergeant Darrell Gilmore filed a RUclips privacy strike for a video taken of him acting in his role as a police officer, I presume that he was authorized to do so by his chief. But, wait, Chief Hoar said that he offers no guidance to the officers on the Dunstable force allowing each officer to use their own discretion. In other words, in Dunstable, each officer is a police force unto themself. The very definition of a rogue officer.
They can't conduct business without issuing directives
I viewed a video by Surreal Cam recently, where a Cop literally stopped, got out of his car, and then told Surreal Cam, "You need to.take a step back".
... Surreal Cam then called him on it saying, "You stopped and got out of your car, to tell me to take a step back ????".
...No telling of the chaos that may have ensued, if the Cop hadn't given Surreal Cam this directive to take a step back.

Good strategy. Going to Town Hall and informing everyone about the rogue Dirty Cop. If the video doesn't change his behavior, maybe his coworkers will.

What many people don't know is that towns and cities make money from towing cars. They will only work with select towing companies who give the police a sweetheart deal. Also, in many cities (I know this from my own incident), you MUST get the release of the vehicle signed off by the police department. And guess what? They charge you for signing off on the release. It cost me $75 to have a cop sign a piece of paper. I freaking blew my top in the police station when they told me I had to pay THEM to get MY vehicle back. In addition, I had to pay the towing company nearly $200 to get the car back.
It's all about the Benjamin's when it comes to every level of government.

The police have no obligation to the people, to protect and serve! The Supreme Court ruled that cops do not have a constitutional duty to protect a citizen from harm, ruling that "[t]he duty to provide public services is owed to the public at large, and, absent a special relationship between the police and an individual, no specific legal duty exists". SO WHY ARE THEY HERE?

They exist to generate revenue for the government.
There is nothing in the United States Constitution and amendments or preamble that allows the government to remove,suspended, deny, cancel, take away, or get involved in Anybody's body's rights of any kind.

God, Josh it really bothered me that neither one of those two employees expressed any empathy about the guy getting his vehicle towed. The guy said he couldn't comment because he didn't know the whole situation. What more does he need to know? Both employees were stoic. 😶 just continued to stare 😶 emotionless completely unaffected by the poor guy's loss.

Maybe he said that because he does not want more people to call there is some reason he has watched the video already. The chief just couldn’t help himself!!!! He had to give Josh a directive about other auditors!!!! Is it Josh that is responsible for other auditors now???? It’s little things like that, that’s exposing another narcissist that has to get the last word in. And he repeats a couple times to try to convince Josh that he’s in control!!
When the chief was asked, did others mention anything about the video? He said no. Yet its had over 150000 views. Am sure many many have asked and said something.
chief says we enforce laws..... He was then reminded about discretion... oh yes I can use it and I want my officers to decide for themselves if they use it or not. This was a good example where discretion was a good choice for someone with a new car going home.

Driving off in your new car is a happy feeling. Now the whole event has been ruined with tickets, towing and court, plus his insurance rates will probably go up, in addition to all the other expenses.-------All this because of the nasty, unfair actions of a police officer. Just outrageous.

I worked for a tow company. Witnessed a cop taking his ''envelope'' from the boss. It really does happen.

My memory, which guides my conscience, just took a trip to Uvalde, TX.
It was looking through the various recordings on site, the site of the gathering of hero law enforcement personnel, for the non-classroom portion of the events.
(Seems there were no classroom recordings publicly available).
The Parent Trap. Since the cops were pondering their options, a few parents were making executive decisions and implementing them. Only to be thwarted from attempts to be heroic, in the dearth of bravery on site. Persistent parents adapted and overcame the co-murderers (lookouts, getaway drivers, hero impersonators, on Sunny days only). One mom, evidently impersonating a non-coward officer, gets herself uncuffed (guile over inferior intellects) eluded them (the bloodhounds of the... Baskervilles?)
Whipping through the STILL OPEN SECURITY DOOR (along with a solid 100 non-hero public servants having passed in n out. Maybe donuts would be discovered), she quickly moves upstairs to the 2nd floor (where the lucky children only heard the blood-curdling screams of their dying classmates.) Nonetheless, mom would've probably rescued all THESE children, then and there, if she had thought to get a permission slip from each of the other informed kid's parents.
Emerging with her two children, placating their concerns that "Mommy, we called 911 for that past hour and they lied and said police are there, everything is alright, Honey".

I remember my company bought me a new semi truck. I was excited. I got on the road that consisted of all local driving. I got pulled over for speeding doing almost 15 over. Got pulled over by DOT.. There is more to the story of which is funny. Bottom Line Is that the officer told me i needed to get my paperwork and plates taken care of. 👍To this officer. No ticket issued. Life happens. My prediction is that we will see people such as Josh, James Freeman, Major Lee Awesome, and others serving in local, city, county, and state government positions and they will be making much-needed changes within the system.
