"I hope he's not burying his mom"
Oh my sweet summer child.
Lmfao
Exactly my thoughts
🤣🤣🤣🤣
Got nerd spotted😂😂😂😂
I came looking for this comment 😂
Eminem had a terrible childhood, but he loves his daughters more than anything. Also please react to the songs he wrote for his daughters, examples are Hailie's Song, Mockingbird, When I'm gone....etc
I'll check them out thanks for the suggestions!
P.S: Googled his daughter and she's SO beautiful.
@@GiddyKitty Thank you, and yes, Hailie is beautiful, she is the only biological daughter of Eminem of his 3 daughters. Get this, the oldest, Alaina is the daughter is Eminem's ex-wife's sister, he adopted her coz her biological mom has addiction problems, middle child is Hailie and youngest, Whitney, is the daughter of Eminem's ex, Kim and another man.... This shows how good a human being he is...
This is a hard song for the first one. It’s probably the 2nd “scariest” Eminem song.
@@TheMetatron333 which one would you say is the scariest?
@@yogamannen2073 Kim
Eminem is one of the best lyricists of all time. You may not like his genre, but his lyrics hit home in certain ways.
I agree the lyrics are very powerful
If this is the first time you ever heard deep lyrics in rap, you have a whole wide world to explore. Just Eminem alone has depth for days. Always nice to see someone exploring new genres of music
Always open to learn more! I feel it's gonna be a cool journey.
@@GiddyKitty I need you to react to more Eminem, 50cent, Tupac biggie etc just a lot more old school people
this made me think of "Dance wit the devil" from Immortal technique. Man... that song....
Other rappers great at storytelling i say would be Logic, Joyner Lucas, Kendrick Lamar and from the OGs probably Eazy E, Ice Cube, and that is far from a complete list
@@davidsiatatgaming You forgot J cole, and from the ogs 2pac, biggie, at times the game, 50cent etc
Awesome reaction! Good luck with your channel!!
Surprised to see you here. Love your lyric breakdowns man.
Yoooooo the goat himself
You should check out “Eminem - Stan” the origin of the word everyone uses now especially in kpop
Yea the song rlly helps when your depressed
@@amadeobaietto6874 ???
@@amadeobaietto6874 i think a couple of people even got tattoos of names across their chest
@@amadeobaietto6874 eh does it? it's about crazy fandoms not mental health tbh
@@beentherelovedit9150 .... Have you listened to the song? Stan is the name of the crazy fan
Rony was his uncle (his mom's brother), he introduced Eminem to rap music and sadly he committed suicide.
And if you like lyrical songs and poetry there's no better than Eminem to listen to.
Amen
*Ronnie ! (Very important)
Eminem even made a song about ronnie in '93. His old friend/group mate posted it for the first time last year. The track is called Troublemaker. Look up Eminem - Troublemaker by D.J. Butteh Fingiz (the group's D.J.)
There‘s one other and that‘s Pac.
Instead of avoiding not listening to eminem, keep listening to eminem in her honour, ❤
Is her sister okay? This is my first time seeing her reaction
@@sujitprasad676 maybe she passed away you'd have to ask rana herself for more info
@@sujitprasad676 what happened to her?
@@lucianshadowmane Her sister died. She says in the video this reaction was on her memory, and she was a huge fan of Eminem.
I'm so sorry to hear about your sister. Don't think i ever heard her come up before. This was a great in depth into you and your world and you shouldn't apologize for it. Happy birthday to her and may she rest in peace.
Thank you so much for your kind words I really appreciate it ❤️❤️❤️
@@GiddyKitty damn well if you do continue to listen to Em hopefully it’ll offer you some closure in a way you’re wayyyy strong! I’m haven’t experienced loss to that extent so I’m kinda talking out of my but I do hope you find some closure if you already haven’t stay well stay strong!! Subbed
Listen to Headlights by Eminem~ it’s an apology to his mom. Also, listen to Stan by Eminem.
Will do❤️
He wrote it in a plane, that explains the end of that song. But really amazing song.
@@GiddyKitty make sure to react to extended version , the outro is great . Also maybe lyrics video .
@@GiddyKitty Eminem is one of the best examples of good lyricism
@@GiddyKitty yessss these are gonna be some awesome ass reactions subbing immediately plus bells and notis
It is brave to do such a reaction and not be shy to show emotion and explain the connection to your personal biography. Brave and moving.
Thank you for saying that I really appreciate it ❤️❤️❤️
I'd like to apologize for bursting out into tears at the end..but it's one of these scars that will always hurt
Kindly have some respect for the dead. So, in case of any hate please direct it towards me ONLY.
Thank you❤️
I feel your pain and remember you are not alone feeling it.The only thing you need to do is remember the positive memories and she will live forever. I try to do that with my father and I was like 5 when he died.
never apologize for showing emotion
it be more concerning if you don‘t trust me
if you plan to react to more eminem
eminem-you‘re never over
it‘s the most beautiful sad but at the same time even more uplifting song i‘ve ever heard
it‘s a tribute to his best friend:proof
who died
if i‘m right this will cheer you up
Eminem is the master at evoking emotion. You really need to sit down and go through his catalog. So many motivational and relationship types songs its unreal. Paired with his lyrical genius and its no wonder why the majority considers him the goat
I sincerely appreciate you doing this reaction. First time visiting your channel. I am however not a fan of kpop, but a fan of yours. Thanks for sharing your story with us. Allow your journey into Marshall to begin. He is a modern day Shakespeare, and you must look past some things he says because he does so to evoke emotion in his listeners. He is a great man and father. IMO the greatest to ever do it. Thanks again, and best wishes to you and yours. 🔥🙏🏼🔥
Look lots of people may suggest you troll songs or hardcore songs. If you listen to them first you will be put off by eminem. So you should start listening to eminem with these songs. Trust me he is one of the greatest artist period.
1. Rock bottom
2. Lose yourself
3. Sing for the moment
4. Mockingbird
5. When i am gone
6. Hailie's song
7. Beautiful
8. Not afraid
9. Love the way you lie
These are beginner stuff.... Then you can listen to more hardcore stuff like the way i am, till i collapse, kill you, rap god etc. But listen to the softcore stuff first
Lol thats not beginners stuff thats his tamer stuff its a big difference. Most of us began on his original stuff.
@@charg1nmalaz0r51 i just think a kpop fan should start with tamer stuff to get used to eminem. if she starts with sslp and mmlp she will just run away
Yeah she needs to stay as far away from Kim and bonny and clide as possible 😬
you forgot "like toy soldiers" is very sad too
yea I agree with this list. Sometimes you have to "see" the softer/fighter side of a person first to relate. That way when you see their anger, you'd understand more.
Rap is actually poetry on the beats..... especially old raps..... amazing metaphors similes, double/ triple even quadruple entendres, talking about life......at end of the it is poetry....and Eminem is one the very best poets.
Seamus heaney an irish nobel prize winning poet praised him for the way he uses verbal energey to spark thoughts of listeners
...
sadly i feel like it was mostly only eminem
yeah exactly, rhythm and poetry.
@@ogladaczr.t.3168 listen to more rap if you think it's only Eminem. MF DOOM, Wu-Tang, CZARFACE. There's incredible shit out there, not even including other well-known artists
"She's a monster"
It's hard to disagree with the statement above, but check out another song called Headlights, it was recorded 11 years after this song (in 2013) and it has a completely different perspective. Really deep and emotional song and music video.
At the time, Kim had just cheated on him and had a child with another man
😶😶😶😶
And he has adopted this child
@@GiddyKitty Yeah and Kim was in jail for being in charge of drugs so Eminem adopted her kid and another family member as well so he had to raise all the kids alone.
@@888records and his brother, Nate, too
fun fact to all kpop fans did you know eminem create the word stan that lots of people use today? as in stan- being an obsessed fan like the song by eminem
Damn xD thanks for the cool info!
Stan by Eminem😌
obsessed fan is being nice lmao
@@GiddyKitty You should check the song too. It's very good in story telling.
YEP He also created The Word FACK
The meaning behind this track was his way of letting go of his childhood. Him digging a grave resembles his past being buried. Him cleaning out his closet means moving out and starting a fresh life. He explains in the track that the song wasn't a diss song dissing his mom.
that makes a lot of sense actually thanks for the explanation!
Eminem is well known as the god of lyricism. The way he puts words together is like no other, he makes you feel like you're there. Those tik toc Eminem songs are just his troll songs lol
Eminem has so much depth in his music. He is the best at turning his emotions into words on a paper and put it on lyrically to a beat. Plus he honestly regrets making this song!!!!!!
Loved the reaction, I actually started crying when you talked about your reasoning for not listening to rap music, thanks for being so open with us about your life and may your sister rest in peace🙏
Nawwh 🥺 Thank you so much for your kind words..it really means a lot ❤️❤️❤️
I can’t help not crying listening to “when I’m gone” I used to listen to it all the time before I got sober. 4 years last January
Same here brother. Liked the song b4 i had a daughter & got hooked on medications that were subscribed to me by the legal Drug dealers for real issues..
. but since having a daughter, going through that hell & coming out the other side, I too can't listen to that song without tearing up. ,
Congratulations to both of you for making it through 💪
The digging a grave isn't about burying his mom. It symbolizes what, at the time, he considered to be the death of their relationship with each other.
If you're touched by his lyrics and also have a personal reason as to why he's significant in your life, you'd love a lot of his other stuff. He can be goofy and extremely offensive but man's got a heart and has made many many personal songs you'd enjoy
I'm sure I will ❤️ headlights was a very recurring suggestion so I checked it out
Any goofy songs you'd recommend?😀
@@GiddyKitty headlights is great, to start you off on funny songs I'd recommend "I'm Shady", "Without Me" and "Rain Man"

So yes, you are absolutely correct that this sounds like poetry
Wow, that was a more powerful reaction than I expected. I'm so sorry for your loss, I haven't lost a sibling but a mother, so I can only imagine what that must be like. Major props to you for finding the strength to push through and do this reaction. I can understand why didn't want to listen to Eminem before, but when the time is right I think it can also be very therapeutic, timing is everything though. Thanks for sharing with us
Very well said..timing is everything ❤️ I'm so sorry for your loss as well, losing a loved one is never easy..😔
Thank you so much for saying this I really appreciate it❤️
@@GiddyKitty I just have to offer one piece of advice for Eminem reactions. DON'T listen to the song called "Kim", it's one of the darkest tracks I've ever heard. I don't know most of his newer songs but 'Sing For the Moment' and 'Stan' are incredible, the latter being also very dark is one of the greatest pieces of story-telling I might have ever seen. Don't listen to Kim though, whatever you do stay away from that one!
(It's a song written as murder-fantasy with him confronting his ex about cheating escalating into taking her and his life)
Earlier this year I lost my stepdad and I cried if I tried to listen to superman by Eminem cuz that was our song my mom used to put on for us to duet together
"I feel like I'm reading poetry"....nailed it
Don’t apologise for crying
In fact if you keep listening to Eminem it won’t be the last
Please keep listening

Happy birthday to your sister!!!! I’m so sorry for your loss and it’s completely fine to cry, it makes the reaction so much more real!!!
As I get older I learn more about the types of abuse there can be growing up and how that can affect you as an adult just makes this song more relatable than I thought.
I feel like I am reading poetry. Exactly it is poetry! Rap is an acronym for “Rhythm and poetry”... a lot of the popular rap songs these days are less poetry but there are still plenty of lyrical rap songs.
This appeared out of nowhere in my recommended and seeing someone react this way to this music makes my reaction seem not as bad. I only reacted like this is with linkin park.
Hope you’re doing well stay strong and this was a beautiful reaction. And man you had me tearing up with you🥲
You never cease to amaze me Rana. You put all your emotions out there for all to see. I know your sister would be so proud of you and the person you have become. Never apologize for being who you are. I know that doing this was hard and opening yourself up and being vulnerable was hard also. I was touched by your reaction to this. As always my thoughts and prayers go out to you and your family.❤
i'm crying so hard rn sending you all the love!!!
This was by far the best reaction to any song I have ever seen. Thank you for being so real and honest with your thoughts and emotions.. truly an amazing thing to watch.
Thanks for your honest reaction, plz keep doing what you're doing, I'll keep watching from France :)
I'm really sorry 😞 about your loss. Never apologise for showing emotion. It's very sweet of you to do this in her honour and I believe she's proud of you wherever she is. Great reaction and analysis for a first timer you just gained a subscriber in me. Take care ❤️
Thank you so much for your kind words ❤️ it means a lot really :')
I remember when I was having a discussion with someone over whether or not Rap can be considered an art form, they were adamant it can't, but I asked them how they define art, they said art is a creative expression of another person, that evokes something from within someone else.
They defeated their own argument with their own definition of art, and when I played them a song that they related to, suddenly their ears were attuned to the lyrics, and the story within began to stand out more clearly to them.
This is why art is so powerful, each of us can find some small piece that resonates within us and our journey through life.
Maybe it makes us think, cry, laugh, mourn, remember or even become angry, whatever the emotion, when a creative expression makes you feel something, then it is incredibly powerful.
I think a lot of people who dismiss Rap hear only certain offensive words and don't take the time to delve deeper, but I understand, art is subjective, and not everything is for everyone.
I am sure there are other forms out there that I myself have overlooked, and would perhaps find something beautiful, or enlightening in.
I dont usually read long posts but this was beautifully said. People are always surprised that I listen to rap and then I introduce them to certain songs and then they get it. It's a powerful genre when you look in the right direction.
My eyes water up at thee end 🥺 Great Reaction !!
Great introduction to hip hop / rap . Happy you listened to cleaning out my closet . Good video
Thank you for sharing your story. Wishing you all the happiness ❤
thanks for doing this, i have heard this song so many times but watching you you listen was like re-discovering it. Stay strong and may your sister rest in peace.
Thanks for sharing. Wish so much distance between people over the last year, I really appreciate you being vulnerable with us. ❤️
I'm so sorry to hear about your sister. Loss is never easy. Grief is a struggle. It's how we process that pain & overcome it that defines us & makes us better people. Just remember your sister loved you & would want you to be happy & succeed. Keep her in your heart, Rana. She'll always be there for you.💙💙💙

I came to watch this from watching your other later Eminem reactions, Arose was an emotional watch too. But it's interesting to see where it started and why you did it. RIP to your sister, and maybe you feel closer to her in a way through your reaction journey, maybe she's in spirit watching with you ❤

This is my first time whaching u and I wanted to say that this content that you make is pretty cool and you gained a sub, and I’m sorry for your loss:(
Thank you so much I really appreciate it :')❤️
I’ve been listening to Eminem since “my name is”’ first came out. There is no way that you could figure him out or begin to understand the complexities of his rhymes or the struggles he’s been through just by watching a few videos, but if you follow his music in chronological order, the decades long rollercoaster ride of struggle and success and hard-won growth will give you a sense of awe and respect for his skill and complexity as an artist and a human being. I think there are few people I respect in the music industry as much as him. He gets up every day and keeps trying.
Didn't expect that kind of honest reaction from a reaction channel... Looking forward to next vid of u ❤️❤️❤️
Edit: I haven't cried for a reaction bfor
Much love❤️❤️
Wow u sharing your story while reacting and giving your opinion and props to the artist while showcasing real emotion like you are actually talking to a human and not just a camera is truly beyond words, thanks for existing and I hope you get to follow your dreams cause I'm sure you could achieve a ton.

I’m sorry to hear about your sister you have my condolences... the reason a lot of people myself included, listen to lyrical rap and Eminem is because it relates to our life and helps us get through the same situations Eminem brings up in his songs and I just wanna say your pure reaction was very nice to hear everything you said

dang you make me wanna cry, and i grew up with em and this song.. and i never really had that affect from this song until now lol
Ok, I've been busy and behind on my viewing of multiple channels, and ugh this ripped my heart out. I hope you're doing OK. I'm a big metalhead, but listened to a lot of Eminem, and it's clear you've been through times I wish you hadn't. Best of wishes.
Rap always had depth. The only problem is that today lyrics have less value.
Sadly its true, tough there are still extremly great rappers nowadays with great value on their lyrics, Eminem being one of them
It isn't like that at all. This kind of rhetoric is usually said by people who don't care to search for good music. There's more amazing music than ever before.
