These were delicious, great flavor profile! My sun-dried tomatoes were packed in oil that already had a fair amount of sodium, so I reduced the salt from the recipe. After the first bite my wife said “these are going into the regular rotation!” Thanks for the great recipes, Lisa!
This looks like another yummy Greek recipe. We made your Greek lemon chicken last week and it was delicious. Everybody loved it. I'll keep this recipe on file so we can try it later this week. This is perfect for us... finding all these Greek recipes. It gets us more excited for our Greek Isles cruise that will be taken next year.
@@karenrod9528 I put my air fryer on 385 (with parchment paper so it doesn’t burn) and just do 3 minutes each side and just eyeball it, and pierce it a bit to check if there’s no pink spots. Make sure to make a little ball in the middle so it doesn’t rise 😊

Although we do have many different kinds of salt I’m just wondering what’s the story with kosher salt, keeping in mind that my mother used to keep our kitchen kosher so anyone could eat at our house, so I totally know about kosher anything….except the salt. I so much like your new, Greek recipes. This particular way of cutting the potatoes we, in Greece, call "quincy", 'cause we cut quince the same way before we put them in the oven. In all, another great couple of recipes. Please allow me to hold a small reservation about the 5' per side, burger frying time. Because it's chicken, I do think it may be too little. Sure chicken dries fast, but on the other hand it is packed with all kind of rather dangerous micro-organisms. Maybe grilling it, is a far better and safer option.
For some reason a few years ago I developed an allergy to red onions. My favorite and the most delicious onion on the planet. I used to put them in everything and anything. Now I can't touch them. I can't imagine using any other onion in this recipe. This recipe looks perfect as is. I am sad.😞But I did enjoy looking at the recipe and watching the video. Eat one for me everybody!😃
Just omit the red onion! I do a turkey meatball version of this but I add an egg, parm cheese and red pepper flakes for some KICK! Turns out great every time.

Thanks for the tip on refrigerating the meat mixture before forming them into patties. I’ve always had trouble with this with ground chicken. Question; can you do more than one tray of the potato wedges in the oven at the same time? Or would I risk them not getting as crispy? Thanks.
How do the chicken burgers do if you freeze them? I'm looking for some sort of chicken where I can cook it, freeze it, and then heat it up in the microwave or air fryer. I would eat a lot more chicken if I could do that, and didn't have to wait the whole baking /sauteing time every time I wanted chicken. Or if you have another recipe on here that is better for that please direct me.
I always buy block feta vs pre-crumbled feta (as those have anti-caking agents). But brands will depend on location. I get an organic one from my Whole Foods.

If you can eat green onions, those would be great as well! I have a turkey burger recipe in my cookbook with spinach and green onions, and it's fab!

Yes, you can do two trays. You'll likely have to cook them a bit longer though. Enjoy!
