I've been an entrepreneur since 2007. So great that you are learning these lessons so early in your career! A few other things to consider: You may want to work with a financial advisor, if you aren't already. They can point out things you may be unaware of- e.g., perhaps you could create a self-funded pension in addition to your Roth. Or maybe you want to think about disability insurance in addition to your emergency fund. Just a few thoughts. I've learned a ton from you about sustainability, thank you and keep up the good work! Oh- and I am from the NYC area, I lived in and around NYC for the first 30 years of my life.

Thanks for this video! I'd love to know more about the negotiation process and how you prepared yourself for negotiating. Were there deliverables you said "no" to? Were there other parts of the contract that you changed? I'm in Oak Park, IL.

Hi there ! I will ask for the scope of work when the reach out, I don't send a media kit with rates. I will then price it out for them. I have a base rate. For usage I typically charge 25-30% of that per month . So if they wanted to run it as an ad on there end for example. Let me know if you have more questions !
