In Spain we have a really similar version of this dish, its called torrijas, and is basically the same as the French toast but we fried them and add a lot of sugar to it, so we can say that they are the more caloric version of the typical French toast. But the looks of this French toast is really similar to a torrija.

Brioche is just a whole different breed of bread. It's built different. It's in another level of satisfaction. It just melts in your mouth, especially if you use chocolate spread and dip the brioche into warm milk or hot chocolate 😭🔥
I used to put a in brioche, a whole Coulommiers and a block of Emmental.
@@Paraclef that feels like Brioche abuse to me, but i'm not judging. There are different types of brioche, the sweet one that contains sugar and much butter, the other one has no or less sugar and less butter and is less smooth. The second one is the better option for cheese.
