Which area of London would you choose for living, if the property cost was not an issue?
Definitely Kensington! Stayed there for a week earlier this week, such a great place and so well served by the tube!
Richmond upon Thames
Inner South West - Battersea, Clapham, Balham. Probably nicer than most of the places listed as the most expensive but because they're technically south they're less ludicrously expensive so don't hit the top 5
Tower Hamlets
Hampstead, Kings Cross or Angel
The burrows of London
Lmao the way he says it
@@fin720s It's AI.
@@mildlydispleased3221 wait what
It's called an accent if you know what that is
@@TransportForLuka A computer can't have an accent.
I really like Richmond borough.
Bit of a shithole.
Upon Thames
But what about Richmond Burrow?
Burrows are what rabbits live in!!
😂😂
Kensington & Chelsea by far
By far the worst.
@@mildlydispleased3221 why
@@GCshredder Tory wankers, shit public transport, annoying tourists, the list goes on.
On my last vacation I had a hotel near Earls Court. Chelsea & Kensington is a very nice borough.
That general area. Mayfair, Kensington and Chelsea, Pimlico are the best areas.
Rickmond, Kew Garden and Wimbledon should definitely be in the list
Kew Gardens
Richmond
Most of South West London is very pleasant; Putney, Wimbledon, Barnes, Kew, Sheen, Richmond, Twickenham, Teddington all for the most part lovely.
I'm in Wimbledon and very happy 😊
Are there a lot of rabbits there?
East London is the cheapest for a reason, I’m from Wandsworth it’s slowly getting a better reputation for its self.
East London also has the best stuff, there’s Romford, east to go to lakeside, and closer to m25 if upminster
what about north greenwich
@@6904LoLRomford/East Ham/ Upton Pakistan are all dumps!
I live in Wimbledon and very happy after almost 20 years 😊
As someone from LBBD there is a good reason for that.... Crime rates
And it's a deprived shithole
Before I retired I lived in Kensington and Chelsea, but the n North Kensington which is where keeping it real people live. I did not at anytime live a n a burrow.
Croydon
Barnet I would love in
No 1, Belgravia
I might choose the last one in the least expensive one because it's Urban enough for it to be walkable and you do have access to public transportation that can get you to almost anywhere in the city
I'd like to live in St John's Wood.
I don't know why, but I like the name!
The picture at the start is of the old London boroughs
Canary wharf bro
Hell yeah
Concrete JUNGLE! Everyone living on top of everyone!
My borough made it 😊
Kensington and Chelsea
Harrow for me
Can you do a cheaper one?
It’s Borough not Burrow lol We’re not rabbits 😜
can you do sydney (lga or suburb i dont care) pls
The expensive prices are to keep the riff raff out
Barking & Dagenham house average prices is not £352,000. The average price is normally 400k - 450k. For the borough that has the most affordable houses, I would say it would be Havering. However, Barking & Dagenham is probably 2nd or 3rd for the most affordable houses.
I live in London right now I got news for you this areas a lot more expensive than this the areas so where's shortage Oxford Circus London City
Kensington
I would live in Fitzrovia
Marylebone, so Westminster.
These prices sound out of date to me. But Dagenham is not London its Essex. Quite a long commute into London
Richmond twickenham windsor
But one of the most expensive streets in London is The Bishops Ave in Haringey (border) which is one of London poorer borough’s.
Hammersmith
Ba-rah/ buh-ruh not Burrow please
Islington.
I live in Homerton idk how much it costs
i used to live in barking and dagenham now i live in havering (rainaham)
Dodged a bullet getting out of Dagenham!
Islington
Because of arsenal
South of london is ❤
I live in Kensington and Chelsea. It's much more expensive than Westminster depending on which area you're in, but there are some poors in the north that throw off the average
I think North Kensington averages it down a bit. Couldn't say much on the Chelsea side.
It is NOT BURROW …..it’s burrer. Do your research!
There's this thing called accents.
Rabbits live in burrows! 😂😂🐰
Hamerthmith and Fulam, appart of Parsons Green , is just rubish , that uses the fame of neighborhood borough Chelsea to keep its prices high
Burrows?
Canary wharf
Not a Borough
Is not a borough
How much on average is Wembley? And Manchester
Google it mate.
Wembley is probably relatively cheap and Manchester is much cheaper than London.
@NeilOB9 It's cheaper than Belgravia but I wouldn't consider Wembley "cheap" even by London standards.
Camden. Desirable. Suuuuuure
Just so you understand for the milion you spend you get a flat in most of these boroughs & not a english masion 😅😅
I like Richmond.
Upon Thames
The District Line drives to Richmond and say´s "District Line to Richmond, next Stop Earl´s Court" @@GUNNERS_GOAT
1 POINT 67m. 😂😂
Havering
They are also the burrows with a very high criminal Action.

This is insane. I n s a n e.
Camden is a rubbish area. Carnival making it go down
Carnival is in Notting hill though, which I Kensington and Chelsea
Kensington and Hampstead. Islington is very nice town housey area but there are too many council estates.
Burrows? It's pronounced Burra.
Richmond is best
Who would want to live here? What a nightmare.
9 million people
Way to cheap in havering😅
Merton is underrated
True but isn’t the council tax high there
How the hell is the home of Wimbledon underrated? Croydon and Harrow are the real underrated boroughs.
@@mildlydispleased3221Croydon & Harrow are *both* shit
Merton (NW) is really nice but the SE part is a shitehole, especially Pollards Hill
You can get mugged, stabbed & have your watch snatched in all 5, congratulations.
