  • Please let us know what bike you want us to wreck next!
    Outback Motortek gave us a brand new Ducati Desert X and told us to try and wreck it. We decided to take it on a trail ride with our CRF 250RXs.
    Much thanks to Outback for the support needed to create this video!

    Well done guys. Mason, great job! Reminds me of when I was foolish enough to try single track on my 2000 KLR650 and immediately getting nutted by the huge IMS gas tank when I launched it over a log. I had the motivation but not the skill. That Ducati is a beast and the guards are amazing! Keep up the great vids. Subscribed!

    Nice to see the DDX put thru its paces in a situation that’s far from ‘normal rider’ scenario. I can never do this with my DDX as I would be scared to drop it and not be able to do anything but leave it there as a time capsule for future generations 😂

      I'd say the 890r would definitely be better in the dirtbike territory. I was originally going to get one but there was a desertx in stock at the time, realistically I ride more road then dirt where I live and it does everything well on and off road imo

    would like to see a show down between a dirt focused adventure bike and an old school big duel sport. a t7 or an 890 adventure vs a dr650 or a xr650. how much more dirt capability do you actually get with a big single over a proper adv.

    • @dashuntas.m4045
      @dashuntas.m4045 11 месяцев назад

      I’ve heard a lot of good things about the T7, 890 Adventure etc but I keep wondering what they offer offroad over the DR650/XR650L; from a purely riding perspective, I would expect that the extra weight of the T7/890 does away with any advantage they may have over the DR650/XR650L in the gnarly stuff. The stock suspension of the newer bikes are definitely better than tone ones on the DR/XR though

    Pretty rad you are putting the bike through the kind of torture that the adverts tell people it was made for. The hard part about doing tbat stuff with the heavy bike is that your weight is absolutely at odds with your traction. Could really see that on the hill. Its twice the bike, being pushed by a tire with the same contact patch, all the power in the world doesnt help in those situations. Not to mention it is a b@stard to get out once you get it stuck.
