Just picked mine up yesterday afternoon 200 kms on the clock working her today can’t wait to see what she can do. At 146k Cad I hope it exceeds expectations just like everything else with it has so far!
Bedliners aren't standard on any ford trucks, they are optional on literally all no matter what configuration you get. This may be seen as a good thing because some customers may not want a bedliner.
That thing is a BEAST!! The carmello interior is beautiful, though I'm always torn between that and the King Ranch when I think about which I'd choose...you know, if I won the lottery and could afford one of these. The F450 has the same tow and payload ratings as the F350, but with SIGNIFICANTLY heavier duty running gear. And that wider front axle makes the thing turn a lot sharper than you'd expect from a dually. Probably the biggest drawback with choosing the F450 vs the F350 is that insurance companies tend to jack the premiums on the F450 because they think it's a commercial truck. Regardless, I would love to own one of these. I've heard those commercial tires ride like they're made of rocks, though, so I'd probably switch them out ASAP.
I am a jeep wrangler guy and when I see what you can get for 100k I don’t understand why the new wranglers are SOOOOOOO EXPENSIVE! Bring back tj prices
The tire width is 225, not 275. Those Continental tires are $500 each. Very nice truck, but it would be nice if the spotter mirrors were power as they are on a RAM heavy duty pickup.
Very nice truck but I don't like the front end at all...a matter of taste I suppose. I also don't like the MSRP, but then I have a 2022 F350 Lariat ultimate and paid $73k.
beautiful truck. I ordered a 2023 F450 platinum sept of 2022. i changed that ordered sept 2023 for the 2024 model year. Still waiting on the build date.
I am in same boat. Ordered '23 in Nov 2022, changed to 24 day the 24's opened, 7/17/23. Its my belief that the bedliner and massage seats are the holdup. Also the low % of builds per week.
@@justinstewart9840 I found one in Ohio. Antimatter blue, platinum with the HO 6.7. Made the deal on June 26. The first tow was the first week I had it.
Any idea as to why Ford would take so long to build a F-450 Limited mine has been on order since last June 11 months now no building in sight no one seems to be able to explain this to me
These are awesome trucks for towing! Have a number of them within my company. However, FORD as well as ALL manufacturers had better work hard at getting pricing back to 2019 levels or they will pay a tremendous cost. They are doing the right thing in ditching EV's which has cost them and Shareholders BILLIONS! QUALITY is also paramount: shameful that Ford's CEO openly admitted that he dropped the ball on not demanding QUALITY in everything Ford does.
@lordrayden3045 Agreed. There's only so much dino juice out there. OEM's need to approach it differently as do the EPA and states. We need EV's, we need to keep pushing their development, and to keep using gas and diesel as well in the meantime. And EV's will help ease the demand on the fossil fuels at the pump.@@lordrayden3045

I guess this kinda makes sense for this truck because if your pulling 25k pounds you'll probably be traveling a good ways so you probably want a nice interior but year still overkill.
64k? Uhhh. Wait until you make real money to buy a truck then. You would basically work 2 full years to pay for this truck. 250-300k a year and you could justify it. Otherwise your just making not so smart decisions
Ben, I really like your videos but you NEVER do a true test drive. Going around the block doesn't count. Would like to see you do true test drives where you take it on the highway. I was really wanting to see your thoughts on this trucks driving characteristics at highway speeds. This goes for other many videos you post. Around the corner isnt worth calling a "test drive."
What would you expect? These are often customer orders, if it was yours, would you want some YT junkie taking it for a spin down the highway, testing the haul ass ratio, etc?! I'd be pretty pissed off myself.
I have one ordered, it’d agitate me to even see my 1 yr wait being driven by anyone other than Ford Tech. It’s already purchased and wouldn’t be there if not ordered for most Dealerships.
Shocked that it’s only 100k. I was expecting at least 110-115k. Still extremely expensive but you’re getting a lot for this package
With the cost of half tons, I was expecting it to be a lot more as well.
Only 😂😂😂
Well it's not the limited to that's why
@@zillamill ford discontinued the limited package for this year so that’s the top package
I would rather buy this versus suvs and cars in this price range. Then again, I do have a cdl with haz, tanker, and doubles endorsements.
Absolutely the B-E-S-T car reviews on the inter web are Ben Hardy reviews! No BS, all descriptions & facts... Thank you Ben for making these!

How the hell is a bed liner not standard on something like this?
You are right with that price should be completely every where you look!

This is so muscular and a great for towing BIG MACHINE and RVS
It’s HUGE! It’s really loaded, too. The attention to details are amazing.
I would like one of these and a 40 ft. 5th wheel, please.

Expensive, but when you consider what the truck can do and how well appointed it is I can see where such a purchase could be legitimately justified.
surprised these trucks don't have that work table center console and the f150's do

The fact that a V8 can tow 40,000 pounds is just a feat in of itself. Hell of a work horse
What an excellent city truck

I wish they offered that interior color combo on the F-350 Limited. I can't stand the light interior offered.
Then just don’t get the limited trim?

100k for a work truck??? lol
The reason why it's expensive is because it can haul over 30000 pounds and it is muscular
lol this is either for rich people or contractors who can write off the expenses
