Incredible I Honestly have to say Guatemala City is one of the cleanest city's I've seen so far.....
The vibe and environment is so natural and welcoming. yet you can tell that Guatemalans don't try to pretend to be something they are not.... unlike other country's. It honestly reminds me of Different city's and suburbs in and around Los Angeles. Bravo keep up the good work.

yeah ive noticed that aswell, ive been to guatemala on the z section, rhe houses are stacked on top of each other and look like a art mesuem its very cool yet very sad at the same time.

En Guatemala es tradicional poner pino en el piso para Noche Buena y Navidad. Se aprecia mucho el pino en el suelo por varios lugares en este video.
Si se dan cuenta las calles están súper limpias bien por Guatemala 😁👍🏻Guatemala City está mucho mejor que otras ciudades en Sur América si realmente se lo proponen pueden ser un país próspero y sobresaliente además tienen edificios coloniales muy bonitos y cuidados

Has de ser un jóven que no vivio durante esa época, yo si la vivi, la palpé, la experimenté y aborrecí. Vi como los procomunistas ponian bombas y mataron gente humilide que trabajaba lustrando zapatos sólo por el hecho de desastibilizar el gobierno corrupto que ya teniamos. Asi que aqui ninguno de los dos partidos son inocentes.

Good job, beautiful city very clean and quite sometimes there is a lot of sensationalism in the news, nothing to do with the reality, in any part of the planet there will always be crime, I have some friends from Italy and they returned as tourists in Messina Italia and they were assaulted by their own countrymen!

Yo vivo en Miami fl y viendo el vídeo de Guatemala me impresiona que las calles están muy limpias apesar de la cantidad de peatones felicidades a los q aportan para la limpieza

Perhaps the crime level is why there’re few on the street. And as usual for all lower hemisphere towns .....shutters or guards on all the ground floor windows, doorways, and even up on send floor in some cases. Wonder why that crime has to be so universal in all Southern Hemispheric cities and towns. Is there no place where citizens don’t hurt their fellow citizens?

It's a Sunday. Chilling day for the city some streets even close to traffic to make way to sports.
Was there in 2011, security guard at my hotel ,was armed with a shotgun, wouldn't let me out,said it's too dangerous.

What kind of hotel you choose? Of you stay in zone 10 you'll be fine. 5 million people in a small city, you have to choose your areas and budget.

no no es peligroso, lo que paso en esa zona que fue una ciudad, es que en 1954 fue invadida por eeuu y bombardeada, despues fue escenario de conflictos belicos contra la dictadura etc. de alli Guatemala tomo la campaña negra de pais Belico, pero realmente no es peligrosa, los barrios de maras son los migrantes salvadoreños y hondureños en zona 18, ya que Guatemala no tenia maras pues venian de una Dictadura Terrible de mas de 36 años y un bloqueo economico de 40 años dado por eeuu.
