This is the cutest video - never would have thought they'd feed them Chipotle, but it is like a Tex Mex version of bibimbap. For Americans, it's just adorable to see them "discover" Chipotle for the first time, which is such a common and cheap (inexpensive) food.
Chipotle is a chile, I don't think they were talking about the restaurant, It looks like it was a hot chipotle chili sauce.
In Mexico we add it to many things and it is delicious.
