I think this is very entertaining on the one hand, but what needs to be taken away from this, is that their diet as described - eating only four chicken breasts a day or one meal in ten days or barely any vegetables - is absolutely problematic and should in no way be copied. Especially since they didn't even succeed in what they wanted from it! Jin said he was malnourished and Jimin still didn't lose weight. Please remember that eating good food and balancing the diet is also a way of loving yourself....
He did actually lose weight. he went from musclar to smaller body '' boyish body. and for jin i have no idea how he looked so good just eating chicken breast without anything else. im starting to think that their company inject them with something because there is no way in hell someone can look so healthy with baby cheeks eating like that.

No, eating only chicken breast continuously for months on end isn’t healthy and nobody should be following that diet. They look good because a lot of Koreans have genetic predisposition to look younger than your average men. They retain their head hair and wrinkle much later in life plus they eat a lot of animal protein and use face products that can delay skin aging. SPF creams are a definite measure in their daily regiment.

The genetics don't matter here Because they have severely low metabolism, basically when your metabolism is slowed down, so much fat is stored around their face and body. and you cant eat alot. not only that but they are very low on weight. around 63kg. so to put it in other words, they are starving themselves and they mentioned it alot. and for the animal products dont help with aging at all, its a dead meat. yes your body need protein but they have almost no antioxidants in their diet to preserve that youth.
