How could Drew Lock not play a lot of game next season with Jones extensive injury history and the team basically made it public they wanted to trade up for a QB.
Might call on Tommy couplets! So far in OTA’s he’s looking like qb 2.

Jones is gonna play his heart out this year, he knows his future is at stake. If he doesn't look like the qb that won a playoff game he's donzo.

unpopular opinion: go after josh allen after another early playoff exit. He would be amazing in the nfc.

Josh Allen will retire as a Buffalo Bill. Not even a question. They're never going to let him go, he's the best thing they've had since Jim Kelly or Andre Reed. And I don't think Josh wants to play anywhere else either.
What's a more intriguing scenario in my mind... is that if the Bills have a worse year than they expect this year, they finally end up firing Sean McDermott. I personally think they've peaked under McDermott and will never get past KC with him as the HC.
Then if the Giants don't do well, maybe even finish last in the division... that they end up firing Brian Daboll. Buffalo could then turn around and hire Brian Daboll, because Josh Allen played his best when Brian Daboll ran the offense up there. And then the Giants turn around and hire Sean McDermott... because Sean McDermott proved he can turn around a dysfunctional franchise and get them back to winning games again.
McDermott is a defensive coach, which could appeal to New York due to the defensive talent they have on their roster... as well as their history of winning super bowls on the back of their defense... and Buffalo has a QB who I feel would thrive under a more offensive minded head coach.
Highly unlikely to all work out that way, but it's interesting to think about. Or the Giants just hire Bill Belichick next year, as the Giants are one of the only teams Bill has any interest in coaching due to his history there.

Lost his all pro left tackle, no weapons , played Cowboys 49ers and Seahawks. Got sacked 11 times in one game and got hurt. Tell me one QB who succeeds in that situation

I would make Jones sit. Not get injured and release him ASAP with the least amount of cap hit. He has this type of INSURANCE POLICY that if he gets injured he gets $23M next season. NOT sure of all of the details. Would have LOVED Hendon Hooker in the 5th Rd. Hopefully he and Jalin Hyatt could've pick up where they left off. Maybe the Patriots cut him
