When the dispute is tenant not paying the basic rent itself whether the court at the first instance direct the tenant to pay rent through court with penalty? 3. Whether the tenant will be deemed to be encroacher if he overstays beyond the agreed tenure of tensncy and the owner can take the help of police to displace the tenant from encroachment. 4. The errant tenant if do not the maintenance of flat or water or electricity charges and the supply is disconnected whether in such case owner will be liable. As owner will not be in a position to pay the property tax snd maintenance when tenant do not pay the rent. Please guide with your views.
There should be some time frame of vacation.of house by tenants after dispute.. Sorry to say tenants may have some emergencies, this is theft staying forcibly at someones home..it implies u take owners car as tenant dont have their car and forcibly give rent...owner ia an owner is an owner...in future..tenants will also buy house..would they like it then..??
