I really want to see that myvi going to cambodia, must be really exciting
It is! We have never been to Cambodia, very excited 😆
Durian fall from trees when they are ripe. When daytime temperatures are hot, the fruit ripens quickly and falls to the ground at night.
Oh, we didn’t know that 👍
@@adventureswithtoyahandmurray But in Thailand, Durians are plucked before they fall to the ground.
@@ThisnametaKenny I wonder why the 2 countries do it differently 🤔
@@adventureswithtoyahandmurray Thais prefer a almost ripe and a harder texture and is not as sweet. Also weighs about 10% more and does not have that strong durian smell when plucked. Malaysians (and Singaporeans) prefer a ripe durian which is sweeter with a softer texture and don't give a damn the extreme strong smell of a ripe durian.
@@ThisnametaKenny I see, thanks for explaining 😊

Plus Fraser Hil
If you like to know more on culture and history of Sultan (King) in Malaysia, You can visit Kuala Kangsar town and you can drive around King Palace (Modern Palace) area. And there is also old palace (same area) if you want to see it closer what it is look alike. The Istana Kenangan (Jawi script: ايستان كنڠن; Remembrance Palace) which today houses the Perak Royal Museum, was a royal residence in Kuala Kangsar in Perak, Malaysia.
That sounds very interesting, we are heading down the west coast from Port Dickson towards Johor now, then we will drive up the east coast towards Thailand and after we drive around Thailand, Cambodia and Laos we will head back down that way, so we would love to check it out, but it will be several months before we get there, so stay tuned 😂
Ya… I’d hangout. Gorgeous… ya… in a heartbeat
That place is called bukit tinggi. Not to be confused with bukit tinggi at sumatra island.
Bukit Tinggi Pahang
Not Bukit Tinggi in Klang too

The French village or Colmar Tropicale is own by Berjaya Group, which also own Starbucks Malaysia. Hence, it is there.
Oh! Well that makes sense! Thanks 😊
You don't pick durians, they drop from the tree once ripe...
Cool 😁
Nice video... i hope you continue to upload mpre video 😂
Thank you, we have lots of videos planned 😁
The French Village is developed by Berjaya Group (TS Vincent Tan)..7 eleven and Starbucks Malaysia are under Berjaya Grp... so not surprising both outlets can be found in French Village
And sports toto also under berjaya group
Wow, that makes sense then!
Malaysia is good , salam dari jakarta 🇲🇨🇲🇨🇲🇨
Hello! Love Malaysia 💖

I wish we knew about it, it looks beautiful 🤩 but we are already in Port Dickson, maybe next time we are near KL 😊
@@adventureswithtoyahandmurray sure also check out Cameron highlands it’s 3 hour drive from Fraser’s hill

A few months ago, we and our friends visited Malaysia, the tourism there was very bad, it didn't really attract foreign tourists, that's what made us so bored, and in the end we had to go back home. Very sorry about our first departure 😒
Maybe you just went to places that didn’t really suit you, there are many different things to do in Malaysia and every region is different.
Australia, New Zealand have tolled roads? We hv a lot
We have toll roads, definitely not as many as Malaysia!!
You guys bring the rain with you everywhere you go!😅😅
Yes, it’s raining on us right now 🤣
hey guys love ur adventure, if you love camping please visit Kuala Mu in Perak. Cheers!
That looks really cool! We will be in that area in several months, I saved it on maps, thanks for telling us 😊
Doesn't look too bad but in Alsace/Colmar most windows/balconies etc are decorated with beutiful colorful flowers. They really should try fix that up as it adds a lot to the feel of the plae.
That sounds so nice 😍
We don't pick the durian we wait until it fell from the tree
Thank you 😊
how is the car doing climbing mountains?
It handled it very well 😁
@@adventureswithtoyahandmurray nice!

u guys should try avoiding classy restorants...go for local restorant....it will save lots of money & the food is more to malaysian originals...yummy...😊just tought of telling 😊
was a nice video...❤
We cook a lot and mostly eat at local restaurants, but we only eat at vegan and vegetarian restaurants, so sometimes we don’t have much choice, for example in Genting Highlands there was only one vegan restaurant and it was classy and expensive, but we ate there because it was the only option, we cooked the rest of the time we were there 😊
@@adventureswithtoyahandmurray nice...
u should try punjabi food in Malaysia...vagetarian food are nice...i am a vegan 2...most of the time ;p
We do not pick the durians unlike thailand. We let it fall.
That’s interesting 😁
@@adventureswithtoyahandmurray in the villages, they let it fall onto the ground. But in orchards they have nettings
@@keangwooichoo6138 I see 😁
Isn't it hard to be Vegatarian in Malaysia? Not many veg restaurant, and much more hard to find at rural area. Some vegatarian restaurat are much more exspensive than normal restaurant, just like your last one. So it would be better cook by yourself right? I do read about vegan vs vegetarian vs pescatarian tho.
We are vegans, so we don’t eat any animal products, which makes it harder than for vegetarians. Actually there are many Chinese vegetarian restaurants that are mostly vegan, only some of them serve a few egg dishes, but most are pure vegan, the restaurant we went to in the Cameron Highlands was by far the most expensive one we have been to in Malaysia and Asia, most of the Chinese vegetarian restaurants have very low prices. Most medium sized towns usually have at least one vegetarian restaurant, places like Ipoh, Taiping, KL have many vegetarian Chinese restaurants and other types of vegetarian restaurants too. Check out our vegan food in Ipoh video and our Taiping video, we filmed lots of great affordable restaurants there 😊
✌️😁🇲🇾♥️🇭🇲🇬🇧
Do you have 1 son only? He looks bored. Hahaha
🤣🤣🤣 he has gone back to Australia, he wants to work and do his own thing 😂 we have one more video with him and after that it’s just the 2 of us. We also have one daughter, she is in Vietnam now, we saw her in our Vietnam videos about Saigon and Da Nang 😁
