4-5 cups Boiled white beans or Canned beans. If using canned, drain and rinse.
2 Red bell peppers
1 kg Beef
2 Large tomatoes
1 large Onion
2 Carrot
1 cup Cow skin, fully cooked
½ cup Smoked fish
¼ cup Crayfish
1 tsp Salt
2 tsp Seasoning powder
2 tsp Paprika
1 tsp Salt
1½ cup Beef stock or water
Fresh Parsley and Thyme to Garnish
