    Shoot it helped me I went from 14.6 to 13.63 keeping my arm but I keep it tight because I get to close to the hurdle when I three step

      You’re making my point. You’re not a typical hurdler. You’re much faster. The average highschoolers are running between 15-17 seconds. Thanks for the comment!

    Everybody is built differently, so what works for one person may not work for another. You may be the same height as someone but your limbs could be different length.
