    ❤ just finished my Yogasana session today( 2 day programme) I found it hard but I am am so happy. Can’t wait for tomorrow to start my sadhana🙏🏽

      I promise you it is all worth it! I have been doing yogasanas everyday almost 90 days now, I love how my body functions. It was painful the first few weeks, but I look forward to a great body every after sadhana! ❤️🌺🤗🙏

    I really want to start hatha yoga practices.Would you recommend someone like me with no hatha yoga experience to start of with yogasanas? My flexibility is not the best but still feel compelled to attend yogasnas

      Hmmm, I actually did Surya Kriya first. I appreciate doing surya Kriya first because I think it is a simple yet powerful way to start and it improved some flexibility. Best wishes! 🌺❤️🙏🌈

    You have to eat something you cooked at home. When you eat out it may be good quality but the vibration I cannot say

      What do you mean with the vibration? Is it because of the way they prepare it???

      @@an_inward_odyssey yes when you start yoga etc your sensitivity goes up. Food picks up the vibes that the cooks have. Simple food cooked at home is best for new yogis.

      TBH, idk. But I did yogasanas 1st cause it's a prerequisite to Samyama.
