Hi new to the channel but absolutely loving it lots of information and great videos There used to be one of these red brick shelters on elmfield lane calshot I remember playing in/on it as a kid
@@TrexplorerUK also in the horse field at the end of Tristan close there is a underground one you can just make out the hatch on Google earth but even back in the mud 90s it was mostly back filled but there was enough of a gap at the entrance to get in every eerie place to go as a kid

@@TrexplorerUK yeah great days I remember always Seeing what I now know to be a pump house from the war on the bend of the one way road by the beach at calshot and my old man telling me it’s where they did amputations because it had the raised slab where the pump would of sat with the drain groves round the edge the things we believe as kids lol

Thanks for the kind words. I know there's one that still exists in Solent View in Calshot. Probably a same design to the one you saw in Elmfield.
