I used to live in Romsey but haven't been to Romsey in 25 years,i now live in the north east england. Nice to watch on you tube it brings back good memories,i will come and visit soon, all the best romsey from justin hacker
I just had to watch this over again, having realised i'd not left a comment before! What can I say, other than it's so cleverly done from a very talented lady and a community of course who were up for a laugh. The vocal harmonies and song is great too to telling the history of Romsey through the ages. The amount of work and creativity that Kate must have put into this quality production, is (I should imagine) quite staggering. The towns people of Romsey, must be justifiably proud of their community and of course, the genius of Kate Jackson too! Definitely deserves a spot on TV!
Brilliant! I’d love a part in the sequel! I don’t have an agent but I’m related to Molly Irvine so acting is obviously is the genes. CALL ME 😂 Seriously love my town!
I see from the credits that Mark Ponsford had some input in this. He was my drama teacher in 1985 and he gave me my one and only detention...it’s been 34 years and I would like to come clean to say I did do it...I told Maria to F@?k off. Sorry, guilty as charged !
Thanks to Rex and Geraldine for telling me about this. It's hilarious, local myths and legends mixed with Monty Python humour and dance moves! Happy Christmas to all involved
A brilliant and entertaining history of ROMSEY. Thank you to all who contributed. Love it.

I was doing some family history research and came across this video. What a time to be alive.
Came to this a bit late (living in Australia now) but loved it. Thanks to Rosalyn in USA who showed me where to find it.
Great! Very informative, fun, and doesn't hang about.

Fantastic! Loads of work went into this so much praise for all involved. Is there a story of how it came about anywhere?
Thank you Tim. Retirement is the chance to do all the things you've always wanted to do. That's about it! xxxx
Makes you wonder why our so called "celebrity" actors and producers are so highly paid?
