Eat healthy, exercise, take baby aspirin as well as vitamin tabs, eat fermented cabbage such as Sauerkraut & kimchi, take one spoon of extra virgin olive oil and apple cider vinegar, drink kefir yogurt drink & matcha green tea and sleep well.. That's what I've done and just celebrated my 80th birthday lately. 😊

      Thanks for watching!
Fruits like apples and berries are often great for general gut health. However, for specific concerns like gallbladder or cystitis issues, it’s best to consult a healthcare specialist for personalized advice.

Why is everything "shocking" these days? This hyperbole is ridiculous and off-putting.
