I was advised to diversify my portfolio among several assets such as stocks and bonds since this can protect my portfolio for retirement. I'm seeking to invest $200K across markets but don't know where to start.
the strategies are quite rigorous for the regular-Joe. As a matter of fact, they are mostly successfully carried out by pros who have had a great deal of skillset/knowledge to pull such trades off.
Even with the right strategies and appropriate assets, investment returns can differ among investors. Recognizing the vital role of experience in investment success is crucial. Personally, I understood this significance and sought guidance from a market analyst, significantly growing my account to nearly a million. Strategically withdrawing profits just before the market correction, I'm now seizing buying opportunities once again.

As an investing enthusiast, I've kept aside a good sum of capital to invest for financial independence and early retirement, but my concern right now is the market rally being propaganda. Is this a good time to buy stocks, or do I wait for the crash?
The stock market can appear as a bewildering cauldron of fake news for new investors. I would advise using a CFP, giving him/her 2/3, and then investing the 1/3 on your own, but only if you have time to track stocks and educate yourself.
@@CharlesLeonard-tg9sz True. Having the right financial planner is invaluable. My portfolio is well-matched for every season of the market and recently hit a 90% rise from early last year. I and my CFP are working on a 7 figure ballpark goal, though this could take till Q3 2024.

Every crash/collapse/recession provides an equal market opportunity if you are properly prepared and knowledgeable. I've seen people amass up to $800,000 during crises and even with ease in a bad economy. Someone has undoubtedly become extremely wealthy as a result of the crash.
I agree that there are strategies that could be put in place for solid gains regardless of economy or market condition, but such executions are usually carried out by investment experts or advisors with experience.

I wholeheartedly concur, which is why I appreciate giving an investment coach the power of decision-making. With BYD selling EV's for $10-$15 thousand I guess all other automakers are dead... 3.1M production/delivery was supposed to be this year. Let's just be clear on that. That was the 2024 base case not long ago. Now we are looking at a Q1 that will have production/delivery negative growth YOY and QOQ, and this is still very early stages decline for the auto industry. Auto loan rates will not go back to stimulative for the rest of this decade, so, yes, Tesla will have to keep cutting prices and production growth estimates for many years. At $180/share, there is almost no bad news priced into the stock.
You have it exactly backwards! There is no good news priced into this stock. And the fact that you still just focus on auto production shows your limited thought processes.

The challenge for these analysts is that they can only analyze Tesla as a car company. In 10 years, cars will be an afterthought.
Anyone who didn’t see this as of Q3 2022 is way behind… Tesla deliveries were already lagging behind forecasts and of course were hitting a slump because of high interest rates and given the already heavy price cuts implemented in 2023 hitting growth targets in 2024 was highly unlikely… so why was the stock pumped so high in the back half of 2023??

The Chinese have BYD eating EV share from Tesla. BYD is now going to attack the budget side even outcompeting combustion engine vehicles... But now, enters Xiaomi... That Xiaomi Su7 is a beast of a car for less than $30k. Unless the US begins bullying Chinese car makers, the Chinese will become EV Pac-Man eating all market share... I'm salivating for that Xiaomi SU7... Give it a few years to check reliability, quality, and for price to drop even more, then I could buy that besat of car. If US/Europe don't bully Chinese EV carmakers and allow those cars to enter the market without big barriers, I guess the transition to EV's is going to speed up, maybe it will even put pressure on lithium prices. Waiting to see the reaction to BYD and Xiaomi in the US and Europe.
