man, can't get enough forti vs happy. THis is hum vs ud mutual expansion back and forth is really some exciting stuff.
Forti has gotten so goddamn good in this matchup.
Watching grubby streaming we learn so much, I was watching the first game and the streamer was almost certainly that happy was in advantage because of the supply gap, but he didn't pay attention to composition army was in favor of the human player and the heroes levels, grubby always talk about it.
it's always human composition > ud as ud just have no proper counters to human units. Literally any human units counter any ud units: human air > ud ground/ud air, human ground > ud air/ud ground. All ud chances to win are about human doing a lot of misplays while ud player snowball and finish the game before human just comeback by building and building new units.

It isnt a bias against undead as much as against happy. Trying to hit on Happy saying he is mostly carried by OP race.
Tbh a year ago I was hoping to see happy lose coz he was the king of the game. Now that he is challenged, its good to just watch (n personally always cheer for humans)
it gets a bit boring when one player wins 90% of tournaments

UD megabuffs warped the meta beyond repair.
destroyers are such an OP unit. There are not many comps that can go toe to toe with them

I’d love a deep dive on how forti is succeeding where others even Sok aren’t unless happy plays like ass. One thing is happy seems to tech later and is more stubborn about trying to get expo up against Forti than Sok which is surprising since Forti seems better both at cancelling and defending.
Water elementals are winning the fights late game. Each ele (lv3) is a ranged knight. So HU actually has 3 free knights + whatever amount of griffins vs UD’s fiend only army.
As long as copters keep statues on the ground, archmage + elementals dominate T1, T2, T3 in fights. Copters are key. We don’t see this kind of things vs NE because of dryads. Orc vs HU rarely goes to late game T3 with paladin - though I wish it did. That would be fun to watch too.
@@viscom2789 you are correct, but thinking about a little, flying machines are the only unit that makes the human army competitive against tier 3 destroyer push

I think the whole reason he goes crypt lord first is to fast expand while preventing his opponents expansion. Also I think since the ghoul nerf he isn’t as confident in the 9-10 minute destroyer/frenzy ghoul push.
ud gets their expo cancelled twenty billion times. still in game. NE gets expo cancelled once, GG automatic loss.
