I appreciate the vote of confidence that we may be better at roadwheels and make less mistakes. I’m not one, I forgot to assemble the roadwheels for my ISU-152 leaving gaps for the teeth on the tracks. Another great video Kristian! Keep it up Mate! More armor vids?
Haha yeah, I'm still getting used to adding tracks 🤣 we are lazy in the 15mm scene as its already done for us 😅 Thanks mate, it's really appreciated 😁 any particular vehicle in mind?
Thanks mate, I really do appreciate that and I can only apologise for the amount of money you've spent on this scale 🤣 I swear I'll keep it between us! I haven't played BG yet but my friend and I are in the process of planning some games 🙌
Very nice work. I like your decal work. That sounds a bit odd but surprisingly often I see very good painters ruining ther superb work the way, they apply the decals. (edges showing still f.e.) I also like what you said about mud. A tank that in used a) often don't get "old enough" to become really messy, b) tanks in service get cleaned. Not for the look but to keep them operable. Some people go really overboard. That doesn't mean that it looks good. It is not very realistic in my eyes just. It is some style that fits better to a monument tank I think. But I also have to say: That's my taste.
Thanks a lot Trekan, I'm so glad you agree with my points 🙌 I guess unless you want your tank to have a stuck in a swamp feel ... id stuck with the old saying 'less is more' 😆
Hi mate 👋 welcome to the channel! Most prime in black and then use a light layer over the top to give the basecoat a worn look without the need to modulate. I decided against that with this particular build as I wanted the colours to be brighter (hence the light grey). I've got a 1/72 Vespid Panther that'll feature as a video soon and I used a black primer for that. In terms of the camouflage, I tend to follow paint guides from reference material found online or using the manufacturers guide (in this case the Dragon manual). I did paint the barrel in a different scheme but that is far from unrealistic as this has been seen in photos from the period 😊
Good Kit...I got that one. 8 of those Fallschirmjager fit on back deck
That Paint job is superb!
Thanks for that buddy 👍 yeah im torn between adding them or swapping them out for some AB tank riders 😅
Yes, the figures are a pain to build, you see why. I'm almost ready to start those figures ,i.e., primed and on a cork
Nifty kit. Impressive build and great tutorial. That's three 👍👍👍
Thanks mate 👍 👌
Loving the armour content! the ambush camo scheme looks mint and always love a wavy scheme over the barrel! Awesome!
Thanks mate, I really appreciate it 👍 I know you love a wavy barrel 😉
Wow that brush painted barrel camo looks great. I have never seen something like that before. I will have to try that on a future project
Thanks a lot mate, it really does make such a difference and I can't wait to see what you do with yours 😉
Thanks for a really helpful tutorial! The finished result looks excellent 👍
I'm so glad you've found it useful buddy and thank you 🙌

@@paintingpanzers Dunklegrau Panzer Grey early war? 38t? Any work you do is appreciated, I’m just hung up on proper fade and weathering for early war
An excellent build and a great kit
Thanks buddy 😁😁
Gorgeous!
Thank you! 😊
What a great video.
Thank you buddy 🙌🙌
Wow really nice build. How bout a Wittman tiger 1? And really cool that I use all the same colors and that rattle can as well. 😊
Now that's a great idea 😉 I'm on it! I'm glad we have similar tastes in the paint we pick 😏
very nice work.....
Thanks a lot 😊 this was a fun build!
Beautiful job. This was also on a Facebook page as well correct?
Thanks a lot buddy 🤩 yes that's right!
Amazing stuff! You've been a huge influence on me getting into 20mm. I thank you but my wife doesn't haha. Do you play Battlegroup at all?

@@paintingpanzers oh nice, let me know how you go. I want to get into it but I'm not sure if anyone plays close by.
are you using a paint retarder? that could help with the quick drying.
No I'm not actually, I'll definitely look at getting one! Do you have a recommendation?
@@paintingpanzers I only got a bottle recently, did not have a chance to try it out.
❤❤❤❤❤

New here. I thought AFV modellers primed in black? Camo scheme seems a bit random-you don't follow a paint chart/profile?

@@paintingpanzers Thanks for your reply! I'm inspired to try something similar
