    What’s up man ! LEO from CT, heavy into working out. Would love to get some programming of this caliber incorporated into my routine. I focus on muscular endurance and have been trying to zero in on the strength component as of late. Any help would be appreciated !

      Bro none of the above lol. Just Eat less caloricly dense foods and do more zone 2 cardio (a light jog or a fast walk) that burns the most fat. Look It up on yt
